I have recently purchased a Tamiya 1/16 scale Abram’s and a 1/16 scale tamiya Centurian tank model kit from TJD MODELS safe in the knowledge that if I need help or advice they know everything there is to know about all types of model kits
This is a hobby that I’m passionate about but until I retired could never afford
I have learnt that it’s a mistake to buy elsewhere no warranty or comeback
The Crown Jewels of model shops I’m hooked as a regular customer

Hi all can I just say what a great experience I had today being new to rc cars I wanted something straight out the box ready to go the man at the shop was very helpful talking me through all different options I did purchase and would definitely recommend and be back.

A really knowledgeable and friendly team, I have been in on a number of occasions in the last few weeks and every time they have advised on what would be the best products and value for what I’m looking for - If you’re looking for anything RC or modelling this is definitely the place to go with a large range and competitive pricing !

I had an issue with my FCX 10 LC80 that I couldn't get to the bottom of, took it into the guys at TJD models, very experienced and helpful, they got the part ordered and I was back up and running in no time,
very reasonable with good communication, I would definitely recommended, its a 5 stars from me.

Hi, I ordered an item that was a supplier stock item, so I wasn't expecting it overnight. The service was great and my order turned up quicker than I expected. All in all very pleased and would recommend.

I took my son in to the shop Christmas eve, even though the guys where very busy there they where more than happy to help us out and give us there time to advise on the best car for my son.they even took the time to get a youtube video up and show us the particular they thought would be best for him.
Brilliant service and great advise. Couldn't ask for more.

I ordered a arma vortex boost online for 169.99 and the payment went through and received an email that it was bieng processed and then I emailed them 4 times of when it was gonne arrive and haven't responded to checked.

Had a issue with my delivery, contacted TJD who pretty much told me to wait a 4th day even though id payed over 5 quid for next day delivery, had to contact the delivery company myself to sort the problem out, not sure why im paying TJD for this service when im the one sorting it out.
Wont use them again

It’s an absolute shame there is not many model shops like this one, staff are so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I visited TJD models and had to travel fairly far by public transport as it's hard to source a lot of the products i needed. TJD stocked every one of these products at a reasonable price. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in the door and they had a wealth of knowledge that they were very happy to share.

This was my first Tamiya Subaru build and I was a little nervous when walking into the shop but the people there were amazing and very helpful, giving me hints, tips and information on what to but without upselling. If you have an interest in model builds, please visit this shop, you will not be dissapointed, even though it was a long journey, I would travel there again because of the positive experience.

I bought a arrma big rock from here. This was my first time getting a proper rc and I'm very pleased with the service. They do repairs and are very friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to get into the hobby. They have a very wide variety of cars planes and boats to choose from.

Really helped us with our car and helped us get all the bits we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great friendly help backed up by genuine racing enthusiasts. Helped me out with tons of advice regarding 2WD buggy and were super efficient on ordering all I needed. Great shop and highly recommended.. 👌
