I’m not sure how to get the free installation and couldn’t reach anyone to clarify so that’s the only let down.

Speedy service on time delivery date

I attempted to cancel my order because my husband had already ordered them on a different site. The information on your companies website online read I could do cancel within 30 minutes of placing the order. I did it 16 minutes after I placed the order and the cancelation form would not allow me to submit it. I called and they said the order was getting processed. They said I could send them back and the shipping would be taken out of my payment. The tires were not shipped until three days later. The information of cancelation within 30 minutes is misleading. I will not recommend your company because of this misleading information. We sent back the tires my husband ordered and received a full refund.

The tires that I ordered were new. I was afraid that the tires would arrive being a year old or older, but they were only a few months old.

They canceled my orderand said its out of stock. It is in stock they just raised the price. They wont honor the price they sold it to me for. it will be a week before i get a refund. Very poor business

The service was terrible. They gave me a 7:am appointment, and the technician arrived at 9:am. To top it off, the tires were not balanced correctly. My vehicle started vibrating due to the imbalanced tires. In addition, the technician tried to confiscate (STEAL) the brand-new tires being replaced. So disaooiinting!! In my opinion, this location should be removed from your preferred vendor list.

Quick response, quick delivery.

Tires are reasonable price. The delivery was fast, customer service was helpful with explaining how my warranty works when my tire i ordered a year ago got a knot in the sidewall.
I do recommend getting the warranty for all the tires if possible being that the warranty is usually not too pricey also. Warranty last up to 3 years and depends on wear and tear of the tire.

I ordered the wrong tires. TireEasy middle maned the deal. Wasn’t there tire site I purchased from.

On the site it specified I only had 30 mins to cancel the order or I wouldn’t be able to cancel. I Tried to cancel the order 6 times but wasn't able to through the website. TireEasy Offered talk with a professional via messages after the order for any problems. It little rough on time. Had to start the conversation over 3 times, 5+ mins each time waiting for someone to message me back before my screen would turn off from lack of use. I got bored with the whole thing so I copy and pasted my problem order# the time it all took place, well before the 30 min cancellation window ,left my email in the message and requested a cancellation.
Got a email sometime later from TireEasy and was told it was too late. I was stuck and had to allow the tires to be delivered before I could send them back. They provide a return shipping label the following day.
I didn’t have time to send them back and reorder, due to work schedule, so I got the mismatch (10ply) tires mounted. Rougher ride but I’ll get use to it…
