I got tires last year in April 2025 from Tire Bros 24. Paid them off and now here in March i have had to replace not 1 not 2 but 3 tires and when i called them about a manufactures warranty, i was told there is nothing they can do to help me. this is horrible as much as the tires cost

Now I know they have a disclaimer stating that it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order but it’s been seven days now and I have not received a single update on my order status. Reach out to customer service they tell me they have limited access that someone will reach out to me. Nobody reaches out.

Finally received a call back about my order. And the reason for its delay was explained thoroughly and made sense. If this was explained better prior than I would not have any concerns. Had spoken to supervisor Alex and he was very kind and understanding. I finally have tracking and confirmation of my order. Thank you Alex.

Had a alittle trouble but Alex reached out to me and I gave him a call and he was able to help out! So if any issues arise, just call customer support.

Quick and easy great company

It was probably easier than I made it. But I was excited to be approved and ordered the wrong rims as I was looking at a couple different sets. Alex was very helpful not once but twice getting this corrected and getting me the items that I wanted at a price that I could afford. Very patient man can't wait to get them, They should ship today.

Was sent a tire I didn’t verify or approve of from tire bros. I do not need the tire, after weighing my options I needed my damaged tire repaired asap and the tire from tire bros would not arrive in time. So I never agreed to it. Come the morning of the 8th a tire arrived on my doorstep. From tire bros. No help in getting it returned. Perfectly good tire I do not need! I’ve emailed them everyday and have been told by customer service to check my spam folder, exactly what I’ve been doing everyday for over a week now. Been told they will take care of this. I didn’t verify the order so why am I being charged shipping costs to return the tire?

I’ve been contacted by the company and they’re handling the situation and righting the problem. I appreciate the help from Alex at Tirebros for getting in contact with me and helping me out.

Update to my previous review, just received a phone call from Tirebros24, issue was resolved satisfactorily. Tires were upgraded and even gave free road hazard warranty and expedited shipping. I am pleased with the way they acknowledged the issue and made it right.

Alex gave me a call immediately and fixed the situation, and helped me out tremendously. Never have I had someone fix a situation almost instantly. Change my whole experience and I appreciate it, will have my business from now out going forward and will recommend to my family and friends
