Tip Top Maxi taxi provided complete transport services services for our twelve man golf group whilst in Sydney for the week 5th-10th March. Two maxi taxis were booked for each of the eleven trips - every trip was efficient and on time. This service contributed significantly to our most enjoyable and relaxing time.

When arriving at Sydney Airport make sure you ask cost of fare and make sure meter is on . We got absolutely ripped off Saturday 3 December International Airport to Central Station. So totally jet lagged and then waited two hours for luggage, went to catch cab didn’t ask cost, stupid us, because we had used taxi the month before $55, this guy went $75. We paid cash. We didn’t think about it because we were a bit out of sorts with exhaustion, got on our train, then thought about it. Don’t catch a cab unless you check price, they will fleece you.

Firstly we dont park our vans in Taxi Rank, we only do pre booking service in Sydney
Please report this matter to Transport Taxi Authority, may be they will look in this matter with the driver details.
We booked a one way transfer service with this company and they asked how many luggage you have and issued an invoice and we paid before the service. A day after they added a charge for 25$ because the driver counted kids backpacks and Women's handbags as extra luggage! They were keep sending emails and call to pay the extra charge. I just paid to get rid of them, but won't use their service ever!

Firstly we have clearly mentioned that any extra bags from 1-3 are not countable, you have added so many bags plus lot of wait time at the airport we have not counted, however if you still feel that that just $25 should not added, please email us and we will refund you immediately.
