Don't EVER bother buying here. There isn't anyone there to help you if there's a problem with your purchase. I bought last Friday a watch from the website and I am still waiting for the tracking number. I tried to contact them through email, chat, phone... But it seems that they lack of customer service!!

I have purchased 2 watches previously from Timex.eu without a problem. My latest purchase though has been lost or mislaid by DHL France ( I have left a review ) and I have sent them a demand for reimbursement. DHL informed me to contact the supplier, who is in Holland, to demand reimbursement from DHL Holland as they were the initial carrier. The Timex customer service 'advisor' gave DHL the wrong information and subsequently I am still trying to get them to be cooperative in solving this matter. At the end of the day I am out of pocket through total incompetence and the people these companies employ are totally CLUELESS!!!

Finally got round to finishing the review.

Ok, so the upshot of it all is that eventually the watch was delivered, no thanks to DHL, and upon first look I really liked it but then I noticed that the second hand did not hit a single indices through it's 60 second circuit, it was always in between them which annoyed me greatly, so I contacted Timex right away to informed them of the problem and they kindly supplied me with a returns label and hastened to add certain criteria about the return and the condition of the watch, I only had it for a day!! I had noticed on the paperwork that the watch originated from the Philippines so god only knows how old it was. I was also informed that as soon as they had received the watch it would be assessed and a refund issued, less postage. I was absolutely livid to say the least. Timex as a global entity is huge and there are separate subsidiaries in many countries, Timex EU has been earmarked in this review as not fit for purpose but the company must listen to the feedback and listen to the customer. So through no fault of my own I have lost out psychologically and physically. These companies are a law unto themselves and it's up to potential customers to use their feet and shop elsewhere!!

Very pleased with timex.eu, got discount for signing in, and estimated time for delivery was 7 days, and I got it 3 days earlier.

Can't complain when everything works. Got myself the TW2R47900. I got the order confirmation within minutes of payment and it shipped the day after with DHL Express, it arrived safely within a few days.

It's sad to see so many negative reviews. They nearly kept me from getting the piece I wanted but after some "research", I still went for it and I'm happy that I did. If I want another Timex I'll gladly order from them again.

I bought a beautiful ladies watch on timex.eu a week ago. It arrived in a few days, carefully packed and in perfect working order. I am 100% happy with my purchase and can't understand why there are so many negative reviews here.

I have to admit that I was very intimidated by all the other reviews - that right now just sound like someone payed them to trash talk Timex.eu.

I recently bought a watch during their sale and the customer service through email and instagram was spotless. The watch took 3/4 days to be shipped and delivery with DHL took 4 days. Overall 7 working days.

The watch arrived perfectly!

I fell for the discounts and purchased two watches, after a week of silence I've received a tracking number, eventually the package itself, but there were only ONE watch, the second was missing.

I've tried to call them, e-mail them, chat online - nothing! No response!

I am disgusted by such attitude to the clients...
and I will make sure, that as much people as possible will find out that Timex is scam!

Ho acquistato un orologio in edizione limitata il 10 gennaio. Ho concluso l'ordine pagando con Paypal e utilizzando uno sconto 20% che scadeva il giorno stesso. Solo dopo 2 giorni il mio ordine è stato annullato per prodotto esaurito.
L'orologio quindi non c'è e ormai nemmeno più lo sconto del 20%.
Inoltre, contattando il servizio clienti comunico che la somma dell'orologio non mi è stata riaccreditata. Mi dicono che ci vogliono da 1 a 2 settimane e mezzo per sbloccare i miei soldi.
Mai capitata una cosa del genere. Sconsiglio vivamente di acquistare.

Zero customer service. I was excited to purchase one of their watches but it was out of stock. I contacted them about two months ago to ask if they would have it in stock for Christmas and never got a reply. I would have waited till the watch came back in stock had they replied. Ended up buying somewhere else.

Placed an order almost one year ago and never received my order or got my money back. Sent probably dozens of emails and talked with them on phone, nothing happened. Don't recommend buying anything from them.

Il servizio clienti é inesistente. Ho acquistato un orologio durante il black friday, dove sul sito si specificava che lo sconto si sarebbe applicato al checkout. Putroppo la pagina checkout non prevede, una volta cliccato sull'acquisto, di verificare se lo sconto viene applicato! Purtroppo non esiste neanche la possibilitá di cancellare l'ordine nella pagina del sito ( la legge prevede la cancellazione gratuita entro 72 ore dall'acquisto), quindi ho dovuto immediatamente scrivere al Servizio Clienti per la mia richiesta di annullamento. Dal giorno del malcapitato acquisto (19 novembre 23) ad oggi, nonostante ripetute mail ai vari indirizzi di customer service, ricevo solo informazioni di tracking della spedizione. Non ho ricevuto lo sconto previsto, non ho potuto cancellare l'ordine e ad oggi non ho ricevuto neanche una risposta del Servizio Clienti.

Aggiornamento del 24 novembre 2023:
Stranamente, dopo la pessima recensione, vengo contattato dal Servizio Clienti il quale, scusandosi per il ritardo, mi consiglia di rifiutare la spedizione in arrivo per provvedere al rimborso. Peccato che la spedizione era già arrivata a destinazione...
Propongo almeno di farmi recuperare lo sconto pubblicizzato, ma la risposta arriva il giorno dopo con uno screenshot nel quale si evidenzia che l'articolo da me ordinato non é soggetto a sconti. Non convinto, vado di nuovo nella pagina timex.eu dove vedo che l' articolo si trova ancora fra quelli scontati... A questo punto mi arrendo, ma non prima di replicare al Servizio clienti che qualcuno mi sta prendendo in giro...
Attendo fiducioso un'altra risposta insoddisfacente... Pessima esperienza, sconsiglio vivamente questo sito.

Ricevo una ennesima mail a dir poco sconcertante: uno screenshot di un orologio mai osservato, né cercato a 975$ con le istruzioni per ottenere uno sconto!!
A questo punto sospetto che il servizio clienti non utilizzi persone fisiche, ma bot risponditori (benvenuti nel mondo dell'"intelligenza artificiale"...🤬🤬) che inviano risposte automatiche senza nessun riferimento al contesto.
Semplicemente disgustoso.

Aggiornamento al 14 dicembre 2023
Finalmente ricevo una mail dal customer service che, scusandosi per l'accaduto, mi informa che lo sconto verra dedotto in una sertimana lavorativa di tempo. Così il giorno 14/12/23 ricevo l'accredito sul mio conto, ma esso viene immediatamente cancellato il giono dopo!!!
Ormai sono alla seconda richiesta senza risposta e confermo il mio pessimo giudizio su questa storica azienda. Auguro loro di perdere tutta la clientela!

Montre Timex commandée sur le site internet timex.eu, le 31/10/2023 au matin depuis la France, expédiée depuis Amsterdam le 01/11/2023 via DHL Express, et reçue le 03/11/2023 midi. Tout s'est très bien passé : la montre commandée est conforme à l'annonce et elle était bien emballée. Je suis très satisfaite.
Le point qui serait peut-être à améliorer selon moi, serait la réception des messages mail de Timex arrivés un jour après l'évènement (annonce d'envoi du colis, de colis livré...). Heureusement, le site DHL nous informe par mail de la prise en charge du colis bien avant, et nous permet de suivre les étapes de la livraison, en langue anglaise.

I’ve Bought a Harborside Coast 43mm, but the watch didn’t meet my expectations. And here it starts. For 3 weeks I tried to get a return label, but no answer and 4 weeks in after 4-5 mails I finally got one. DHL returned the watch and I got a confirmation that the watch was returned to Timex.eu in good condition. Now 2 months since my purchase I haven’t received a refund. Incredible bad customer service. Ever never a Timex.

Ordered from eu site in September but tracker showed it got send from Us.
Either way item never delivered.
Contacted them in december said they will refund. They never did.
Just a scam to me

I just bought a Standard chronograph. I haven't received an email with order confirmation. Their customer service phone number doesn't go through. I have no way to track my order. Money disappeared and no watch. Sad sad sad.

Be aware; Timex.EU ships from UK and UPS (delivery partner) will add huge import fees on the delivery. So be sure to find a EU-dealer instead when shopping for Timex watches.
