Constant calls for a number of years sometimes 2/3 calls a day , from Mobile numbers to Henley in Thames what an absolute nightmare company who wanted £14K originally when they made a video call with us , what a joke . They were originally called something else like EEC , same company same scam , Load of rubbish . every call I have they promise to remove my number but never happens . Why is this company not being looked iinto . I think we should all apply to the TV programme Scam Interceptors

Once this company gets your phone number they keep contacting you. It doesn’t matter if you ask them not to contact you, are nice to them - or rude to them, they keep on ringing. Blocking makes no difference - they just ring from another number.
They’re an awful company stay well clear.

Despite telling this company to remove me from there list 8 times and never contact me again - I am on holiday in the USA and have had 7 calls in the last 24 hours !

I have never owned an RCI timeshare - I did have an American timeshare for a number of years but it was on terms that we were happy with and could cancel without incurring penalties, unlike RCI contracts This company used to ring me regularly prior to 2015/16, despite my explaining that I did not have an RCI timeshare or have any problems with my US timeshare and that I did not want any advice from their company, until I complained to a customer protection organisation. Then they stopped calling me. Over the last 2 weeks I have received 1 or 2 calls a day and I tell them I no longer have a time share and I don't want their services. I ask the company to take my phone number off their system, but, 'unfortunately the system won't allow this'. Does anybody reading this know of any consumer protection group that will now intervene - if so please put the details up on this review website as I will certainly report this company.

They phone me every day off a different mobile number despite numerous requests for me to be taken off their database.

Don’t contact. Once they have your details they bombard you for years. Mobile numbers, withheld numbers, texts emails. Relentless. You can tell to be removed. Nothing works. They chase a share of your claim .

Do not contact this company it's a scam constant phone calls, keep blocking the numbers then they use a different number told numerous time not to call me again, also receive texts too. Need to see who I can report them too.

I have asked on multiple occasions that my number is removed from their call list but it never happens!! different numbers calling each time and the operators don't like being told that the call is not appreciated.

I've asked my number to be removed time and time again and they won't do it, the guy at the other end of the phone did not like being called a crook at all but this is what the company is...crooks!!

Was contacted by them last week. Had a call today and was then passed through to a colleague from another firm and it ended up more of a scaremongering call than anything else. Did some searching online, found that his statements were in fact inaccurate and also that the tactics they used are classic scam tactics. The worst part is that they thought they were going to speak to my parents who are both in their 80s. SCAM. Stay clear.

If this company does not stop calling me 4 or 5 times a day, I have blocked all of the numbers that they use but another. one soon pops up, I have told everyone to get me taken of the list, but no one cares, absolutely the worst company. I work in telesales and I am duty bound to not call People if they do not want contact. this shower call over and over and over again - I DO NOT HAVE A TIMESHARE STOP CALLING ME !±!!

This is a cold calling company based on a, probably purchased, list of previous time share owners that circulates within that industry. Your contact details will never be removed from the list and you will continue to get cold calls offering help to relinquish your timeshare and get compensation - at a cost of course as it is a scam, through and through. The person who rang me from this number, (removed at the request of company) , identified himself as based in Henley on Thames with the Timeshare Advice Center, and that I had contacted them in the past.
I have reported them as cold calling and blocked them.

What can I say that hasn't already been said 100 times over. Total rubbish, I wonder if they read the reviews? How they have an overall score of 1.5 stars is amazing when everyone seems to give them 1 star. I challenge TAC UK to produce some reviews from satisfied customers. No point in asking to be taken off the list.

Don't listen. Have asked them a number of times to remove my details and to stop calling me. Then they think I am rude for being angry with them. Started with incorrect timeshare information. Going to contact Trading Standards s a follow-up. Don't know where they obtained my details from originally, but not from me. Never dealt with them, never will.

I have never had a timeshare and these morons batter me with calls every other day and send me stupid text.

These people keep hassling and hassling. I ask them to remove me from their list but refuse. I block their number and they reappear with another number. This has gone on for about 4 years. I stupidly made a vague enquiry before the pandemic, but then sold my Marriott timeshare. Despite explaining this to these people, they just ignore me. What do they think is going to happen? Do they think that by persistently calling and refusing to take me off their list I'm going to go out and buy another timeshare so I can get them to get rid of it for me? Anyway today, I opened a formal complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office. I would recommend that anyone else experiencing this from these awful people do the same.

Complete and utter harassment! I don’t want or need their services, it’s too much with the constant harassment, they don’t care! Disgraceful

What a shower! Despite them being told in writing and verbally in excess of 6 times that we no longer have a timeshare, and haven’t had for over a decade, they continue to call me on different mobile nos at least once a month. They also text me from TAC UK (that you can’t respond to or block) and then call to say “We can tell you’ve read our text so….”. When you ask them to remove you, they just hang up - until next month.
Why would I entertain engaging with these people? I’ve even threatened them with the Harassment Act 1997 but to no avail. Why won’t they remove my phone no from their system & deal with those guys that do want / need them? Their business model is broken, their systems are useless, their management inept and their customer service is appalling. Avoid!

Timeshare Advice Centre. I've been getting calls from this company from a very dodgy 'AI' robot with what looks like a mobile phone number but is probably a switchboard. Not very good reviews on most of the search platforms. I've had numerous calls from them but will not engage due to their negative ratings.
Getting calls on a daily basis but number is now blocked so happy days. The calls are blocked so now they've started messaging me. Do not respond to them because like all good spammers they will just keep contacting you.

I want nothing to do with them but they keep calling me, despite me asking them not to. I've reported them to the ICO (4 or 5 times), but they don't appear to have taken any action.
