Amazing company with great customer service!

I’ve bought a purse, wallet and backpack from this company. Customer service is excellent and the quality of all of the products I purchased is truly exceptional. I am excited to finally find a good quality bag that I feel will last for years to come with a decent price tag.

I’d give them 10 ⭐ if given option.

I’m really glad that I found their brand just by googling leather laptop bag online and they had guided me throughout the whole process of ordering the bag.

The craftsmanship and the quality of the bag is magnificent. Their products made me realise it’s so much better to spend money on real good products than getting those heavily marketed luxury brands.

It’s a gift for my husband and he has been telling me the strong leather scent of the bag has been making his office smells so good. I know some people may not like it but somehow my husband absolutely loved it.

Stunning leather back pack -briefcase , brown rich colour , interior beautifully lined with different compartments , exterior hidden zip pocket , crafted handle with nice closing mechanism with lock and key.

I’ve bought 6 other leather bags and items from Timeresistance and have been very happy with them all…until this last purchase. I am really disappointed with my most recent receipt of a Black David Copperfield Doctor Bag. It arrived in a beat up cardboard box, wrapped badly in cheap plastic. A far cry from the usual trademark, sturdy black box, professionally packed and embossed with the gold “Timeresistance”. Atop all else, the bag looks “lightly used”. It is nowhere near as new or shiny or smooth as all my other Timeresistance leather items. I am very disappointed with this level of product quality and loose care with a bag for which I paid decent money. I’ve always expected and received better service than this.

I'd been eyeing this particular piece for several months. Specifically, I was looking for a bag with very little exterior branding.

I finally bought it and honestly, the bag is even more beautiful in person. Holds my 13' laptop perfectly. Despite its slim/compact silhouette, it fits a surprising amount of stuff inside. It really is an exceptionally designed product, both in form and function. Easily converts from backpack to shoulder bag, and is very pleasant to carry via the hand strap as well. The one thing that is slightly bothersome/uncomfortable is the top portion of the bag (the part that sits on your shoulder when using it as a purse) when you where it as a backpack. But to be fair, this is a very small detail that hardly detracts from the bag's overall functionality and design.

Anyway, great product that shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

Very happy to have found Time Resistance, and will certainly purchase from them again if I'm looking for beautiful and intentionally designed leather goods.

After 14 months the main zipper started separating from the bag making it impossible to open or close the bag. I paid $250 USA and expected this bag to last fir many years. I contacted the company. They wanted me to ship it back over seas at my cost and said it might be 6 months to repair! I asked for a replacement as it was clearly a failure of materials / workmanship. They apologized but offered no alternative other than $100 off if I purchased another bag. Why would I want spend more money with a company that won't replace a premium product. These days when you spend $250 on a premium product if it fails because of materials/ workmanship they should replace it immediately. Will never buy another product from them.

The bag was beautiful at the picture, and it was beautiful in our hands

Gorgeous and very finely crafted products and their customer service was top notch. I didn’t like the color of the briefcase and portfolio I ordered. They made the exchange super easy, paid for my return shipping and sent me a free bottle of leather balm. Way happier with this and spent less than what I would have for just a briefcase the competitors I shopped. Thank you.

I received my clutch bag the item was faulty missing the strap holder took days to get in contact with them when finally did returned bag to sydney office no responce from them or received another new bag.

I think the service is decent. They reply quickly and are considerate.

However the product has an issue. I had got the Nostromo Black bag. There is an overly strong leather smell and its borderline dizzying. It smells very raw and meaty as well. Perhaps the leather batch that they used to make this bag wasn't great.

I bought other bags like the Orlando and Farewell to Arms but their leather smell was tolerable and faded away quite quickly

I loved the bag when I received it. However after having it for 13 months I noticed it was coming a part on the strap. I contacted Time Resistance for a warranty claim. I had to follow up twice to get a response.
The response was "a gift card for $50 USD for this issue, or repair at our headquarters, with a longer turnaround of up to 6 months." Since the repair was relatively small, but if left in repaired could become larger, I replied I would see if I could find a local leather repair shop and get back with them. I found a shop and said I would take the $50 gift card. I naively assume it would be something like a Visa gift card. It was a card for a future purchase at Time Resistance. So I got what amounts to a 30% discount to purchase another potentially defective handbag.
