Purchased a “bundle deal” for around…

Purchased a “bundle deal” for around 200 dollars, which was supposed to come with a watch and SEVERAL ACCESSORIES. Six months later I finally received a total piece of garbage watch, with none of the said accessories. Communication was none, messages unanswered, generic computer generated responses etc. really dissapointing Alex, no wonder Anthony decided you weren’t a good business partner. Also, all the positive reviews on trust pilot are from his buddies, Eddie three sticks is his fb page mod, and will threaten you for complaining.

TPM for the win!

I've been a member for quite some time now and it has been an overall great experience. Time Piece Monthly really does give more named brands over the other watch subscription services.

1. Watches - Good quality and value for your money. If you're into microbrands or higher end named brands they can get it for you at a excellence price.

Shipping- with global shipping and manufacturing plants all over the world being slowed due to a variety of things mainly COVID they still get the watches out the best they can. Sometimes there can be delays but thats inevitable I always get what's coming to me.

Customer Service - I've had excellent customer service the entire time I have been a member. If there are any issues that arise it's gets taken care of. They strive to make things better and listen to their customers. Always evolving its doesn't happen over night but takes time.

I'm excited to be with them.

TPM lifer… and proud of it!

I’ve been a member of TPM since the first days of alpha/beta testing, and my experience has been 100% positive. In fact, the watches I’ve received and/or purchased (20+) have far exceeded my expectations, and some were pieces that I couldn’t find anywhere else (i.e. Gruppo Gamma TPM LE, MV Quadrilobato, etc.).

I’m a seasoned collector, and I’m extremely picky, so the concierge service and Freedom plans have been a really nice option as well… I get all of the member benefits, access to flash sales, etc, but I’m free to buy pieces with less mystery or risk that I’ll get something I already own. On the few rare occasions that I did get something I already owned, or didn’t mesh with, I was easily able to sell/trade it to recoup my investment.

But the biggest benefit has been the community! I’ve made a bunch of new friends, connected with several of the partner brands, and become genuine friends with Alex Fleck, TPM’s owner and chief watch nerd. TPM may not be for everyone, and there’s been a few unforeseen snags (like shipping delays due to global supply issues), but Alex has always been transparent, accessible, and more than generous with the perks when an issue has arisen. That kind of service speaks for itself!

In closing, all I can say is try it and judge for yourself… I was a huge skeptic in the beginning, but it’s been a much better experience than I expected, and I’m not easy to please.

Hands down, the best subscription based watch group!

After outgrowing a different subscription based watch service, I moved over to TPM and couldn’t be happier with the brands and support. TPM sends out quality watches from known brands as well as upcoming microbrands. I enjoy the new styles, brands, shapes, and colorways sent by TPM that force me out of my comfort zone. Highly recommended!!! As for some of the negative feedback, these same people have praised TPM in many online forums/sites/communities and there are always fanboys of certain competitors looking to badmouth TPM hoping they can gain from it. Took longer to get to you? EVERYTHING is taking longer to ship due to the world's issues right now...some things aren't TPM's fault people. I’m an actual customer and I haven’t had any issues at all with TPM!

Avoid

Main guy has left the business now, don't expect your watches to ever come before a 3 month wait. Happy to take your money, also happy to never respond to emails and flat out ignore you.

Hi Pierre, we do not offer support via email, rather it's on our website chat. At periods of high volume, of course we may take a little longer to respond. Also to note, we find no "Pierre" in our database of customers, past orders or communications - perhaps it's a pseudonym, but please reach out directly to support any time. Certainly, global supply chain issues have impacted some orders with us and we have, as of this past week streamlined our entire Store offering for those products which can be easily and swiftly acquired from our vendors.

We are however, also somewhat confused by the reference to "Main Guy left the business"? This isn't accurate and we're unclear where this information is coming from. Best Regards, Team TPM

Best watch subscription out there

This is the best watch subscription out there. While they are not the least expensive, the value you get for your money is beyond compare. Alex and Anthony only send out respected brands. They work hard to ensure each and every selection is top notch. They have a very good idea of what people are looking for and are always looking to improve.

TPM watches

The watches are well made, are well packaged and sent hand wrapped with extras that although not needed make up the parcel so it’s a welcome surprise. Each watch I have received has been one that meets my requirements in the most part just sometimes the watch doesn’t click not TPMs fault as they have met my profile. Several watches in I’m awaiting my next tourbillion surprise

I recently ordered a watch from TPM’s sapphire tier. The whole experience was great, from the members’ choice, to the communication from the owners, to the actual watch. Top marks.

Fantastic offering

Timepiecemonthly was created by watch enthusiasts for watch enthusiasts. A fantastic range of microbrands, which is growing each month. Multiple subscription plans to fit everybody's tastes and budget, as well as an online store, and a concierge service if you want Alex and Anthony to track down something specific for you. TPM provide a personalized service and, most importantly, honesty is at the centre of what they do. There are no artificially inflated MRSPs and no mushroom brands, and they are always looking for new ways to serve and create value for their customers.

Don’t deal with them if outside USA

Fantastic to deal with and great deals on micro brand and major brand watches either through subscription or the store, also offer concierge service to find a deal on the watch of your dreams and Anthony and Alex always able to help with your questions

Well this used to be a great company but since major change during the middle of 2021 it has all gone to pot with very slow delivery poor customer service and quality of watches is not what is once was when I started with them a year ago if you are outside USA AVOID

In response to your comment my last order was placed 3rd July 2021 and didn’t receive it until 20th September 2021. My first impression were that this was a lovely watch that was until it took you until December to get back to me with the suppliers details as warranty card was blank to find that the company only deals in refurbished watches which explains the incorrect box for collection and that their warranty is only valid in the USA and I live in the UK, SO WHAT USE IS THAT TO ME!

Again you still don’t get the point what use to me is a “$1000” watch if the warranty is invalid, my issue is nothing to do with it being refurbished but spending that amount of money to find it’s warranty is invalid and the constant lies regarding shipping as you didn’t ship on that date as you ended up using expedited shipping that took 4 days. I was fed up of the fobbing off and ignoring my messages and only updated my comment recently as I had forgotten about this review and the amount of time it took you to give me the requested information.Perhaps those of us in the UK got used to great service and the comments I have seen from US customers in multiple Facebook groups beforehand ended up being true

Do you REALLY want me to post the messenger comments from September still chasing this bundle or are getting confused with the letdown Crystal bundle

Hi Carl, we appreciate you reaching out. We are confused where this is coming from as the last watch you received from us was in August 2021 (i.e. almost 6 months ago). You raved about that delivery on social media (a beautiful Frederique Constant with an MSRP of over $3000, with bonus extras we included, for around $1000, that was hand picked by us for you, after noticing you mentioned it in another post). This surely, is not the action of a company that doesn't provide quality watches or doesn't support and value our customers greatly? We're aware that due to some changes within TPM management in mid 2021, certain allegiences among UK members specifically, have shifted "against TPM", but really that is no good reason for moving a 5-star review to a 1-star review. Hi Carl, we do have it in our terms that some watches may be manufacturer/factory-refurbished or nearly new pieces, if they add a lot of value. We have received not one single other complaint on this basis in our entire history in business. Members understand they get incredible deals and value with us. If there ever IS an issue with a watch, we always work with members. Our focus is... does the member love the watch (you did, as per social media posts). Also, please bear in mind, when we ship a watch, anything that happens after that (shipping speed, logistics delays, customs processing and any import fees) it COMPLETELY beyond our control, so we shipped the watch in August 2021, as discussed. We do find it coincidental that this review has been updated some 5-6 months later. Regards, Team TPM

*Edit 2 in response to shipping claim. Carl, we have proof of shipping on Fri 6th August 2021 and proof of delivery at end point i.e. your residence, on Thurs 12th August 2021, not 20th September as you have falsely claimed. Yes we paid extra for expedited shipping at a rate of $60.71 cost to us (You paid $0 for shipping by the way). We cannot see how this is "poor treatment" or service. Ultimately the warranty is not "invalid" as, should anything have happened with the watch we would have liaised on your behalf, with the distributor, as we always do for members. But of course, we haven't had a chance to do that, or even been informed of any issues with the watch, can we assume there are none?
