Purchased a watch from this company on 05.04.2026…. Received confirmation of order/payment. Subsequently received a further email from “Comgate” stating that my payment had been cancelled. Upon checking my bank account I discovered that the payment had been processed and to date has not been returned. I immediately contacted both companies to seek clarification and to date have not received even the courtesy of a reply 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I had an issue with DHL and the delivery of my watch, claiming the invoice wasn't attached.
Bohdan of timeoutlet was fantastic, he was very quick with his responses, very polite and friendly, reassured me everything was fine, my watch came very quickly and the packaging was excellent, the watch was very well protected.
Thank you for the excellent service Bohdan. I'll definitely be ordering through this site again.

Ordered 2 watches from them at timeoutlet.eu to my friends shop in Germany, and he rejected cargo by mistake and they told that they did not get the cargo back or not know where the cargo is, neither refund money or they get the watches back to send again. Order no is 60003069

Company does not clearly inform about import tax and similiar fees when selling outside of UE. Many other retailers (so far -with this one exception- all, in my experience) state that this additional cost is alredy included or at least make you aware about such costs so you can decide beforehand, and then you buy from timeoutlet.ie but don't check their whole website to make sure all is included... be ready for a surprise. Or just check everything, up to asking them questions if in doubt.
On the other hand if you buy from inside UE, I guess it's not bad deal. (edited and updated)
Also, depending on your attitude you have a chance for interesting converstaion with the owner.

Just don't buy from this seller. Very rude and big liar.
