Excellent company with incredibly good products. I've been using them for some time and they really are marvellous.

I placed an order with Time Health specifically because they advertised 24-hour shipping and were a few pounds cheaper than Amazon. Despite ordering on Friday and sending two follow-up emails over the weekend to chase dispatch, the item wasn’t actually dispatched until the following Monday.

Although they acknowledged the delay, the responses felt generic, with no goodwill gesture or real effort made to address the inconvenience. They also incorrectly claimed Royal Mail do not deliver on Saturdays, despite the fact the item hadn’t even been dispatched at that point.

In the end, I had to purchase the same item again from Amazon because I needed it urgently (which arrived the same day), completely defeating the purpose of ordering from Time Health in the first place.

Misleading delivery expectations and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I have been using Time Health for quite some time now. I've found the products do exactly as they should. As opposed to less ethically minded companies, the quantity and combination of ingredients are perfect, they work well together - in particular the Menopower tablets. I've found the Magnesium Threonate has helped with anxiety and night sweats. The Red Maca has saved my sanity on really bad days, amazing to balance hormones when feeling irrational or tense. Time Health has been a life changer for what might have been a really difficult time for me.

Excellent products without nasty fillers. Speedy, tracked delivery every time. Superb customer services and a very easy to navigate website. There is a wide selection of products to suit every need. What more could you ask!

I ordered some tablets and they came next day. Not bad considering I did not pay for next day delivery.

They came via royal mail. Glad time health had chosen royal mail to deliver the tablets and not evri, or else my package may never have arrived

Easy ordering process and delivery time was reasonable. I’ve only just started using the products, so it’s too early to comment on their effectiveness.
The only downside is the packaging for the Ubiquinol (60 caps), the tub is far larger than necessary, with the capsules filling barely half of it. It feels like unnecessary waste and is a bit like opening a packet of Walkers crisps and wondering where the rest went.
That said, the other products I ordered are much more sensibly packaged and proportionate to the contents, which is appreciated.
