I own two necklaces from Tilly Sveeas, which I wear all the time. Not only is the jewelry beautiful but the customer service has been great and very collaborative on a modification I requested.

Beautiful jewelled t-bar necklace. Delicate and a gorgeous gold. I ordered the small version as I don’t wear chunky chains. It’s absolutely perfect for me. Delivery quick with lots of notice to ensure it was a convenient time.
Lots of compliments already.

T bar bracelet fell off my wrist a few times then it fell off and I never found it again, customer services said I lost it and were adamant they don’t fall off your wrist, beware they do fall off and CS are no help

Everything about the brand is excellent. My wife loves the styles, the quality has always been excellent, the deliveries have been incredibly quick and the customer service team have been great with any questions I’ve had.

I’m on my 3rd order and it’s been consistently excellent.

If your buying the gold versions don't bother with the chains, they fade from gold to sliver In the first 3 to 5 months.

So disappointed with my gold plated t bar necklace. My husband purchased one for my birthday last March and initially I loved it. By August I had to contact them to say that the necklace was practically silver where the gold had worn away. I have short hair so no chemicals from hair products touching the necklace, never spray perfume on my neck, don't get it wet, remove before bed etc etc. The actual t bar had remained perfect gold colour. The company said as it was within the years warranty, they could replate it for me. All very well but to have to replate it after less than 5 months is ridiculous! I have necklaces from Primark etc that have stayed in better condition. Since having it replated, the necklace is now exactly the same after another 6 months. Save your money and buy elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Shocking quality. It's unwearable now as the necklace looks such a different colour to the tbar.

Recently bought my wife a Medium Silver Curb Linked Bracelet which she adores. It needed a couple of extra links so I contacted TS customer service to see if they could help. Put simply they were fantastic! Very reasonable price, incredibly easy process and superb communication throughout. We love TS jewellery but I’m delighted to say the customer service is just as good. Can not recommend highly enough.

Placed an order on Monday 2nd March lunchtime for a birthday gift I needed for today. I messaged customer services to see if any chance of dispatching it straight away as I had left it so late. I got a very prompt, polite response saying they would prioritise my order. It arrived yesterday,11.30am. Tuesday 3rd March, all the way to the Highlands of Scotland. Outstanding service. Very beautifully packed and boxed.

I have a t-bar necklace I've had for a few years and I love it. I have since added to my collection a leather t-bar bracelet, I was worried about it coming undone - was immediately sent a gold hoop to help. No fuss. No drama. The customer service team is polite, fast, effective. Well done! I also have a friendship bracelet which is excellent and cost per wear great value! Have ordered for friends. Would recommend for sure!

I have two of their necklaces - one from November 2025 and another purchased in January 2026. I wear them every day and don’t really take them off.

Both have tarnished badly. The more expensive (Nov 25) has had basically all the gold plate ware. The smaller (Jan 26) is starting to show signs of wear.

The website is really clear, take the jewellery off, don’t wear it for bathing exercise or anything outside of fashion.

It isn’t really good enough for a luxury brand of this price tag to have such a short quality life span. I’m really disappointed.

Customer services have been quick and offered to replate as they’re under warrantee - but shouldn’t be necessary in the first place.

Such a shame - I have bought probably about 10 pieces spending over £2500 in total. discovered this company about 2-3 years ago and had a real splurge as loved there pieces. However the quality of the gold plating is not good and over time ( didn't even wear them that often and rotate my collection) the plating is tarnished and too dull to wear it looks shabby and wouldn't be able wear. I contacted the company, sent them pictures of couple of the items and was quoted 200 to re-plate them. So basically I either have to pay or can't wear the items again as they look terrible

Was really impressed by customer service. Bought a necklace as a Valentine’s Day gift, and even though the item was outside of the returns window, they let me exchange it for one with a different chain which my wife preferred. Very quick response, super helpful and really went above and beyond. Thank you again

Got a T-Bar necklace as a gift September 2024 and I love it. I wear it every day, last year in November I had a issue with the clasp. Contacted customer service and they were very helpful from the start. Couldn't have asked for better service and now I have the necklace back and good as new. Thanks

Customer service is second to none, I had loads of questions and they were very fast to respond and so helpful. I ordered a medium Tbar chunky chain necklace and it’s absolutely gorgeous. It’s so heavy and chunky. Order was dispatched Wednesday evening and arrived Thursday morning by DHL. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

I am so impressed with the customer service, and delighted with the leather t-bar bracelet that I received for Christmas. Initially it kept coming loose as the leather stopper was not tight enough. Customer services immediately dispatched another one, and would not rest until we found the perfect solution - a gold stopper which stays in place perfectly! I do think there is a slight design flaw in the bracelet, but would not hesitate to recommend this company as they made sure it was resolved to my satisfaction. I'm now wearing the bracelet every day, and it is always admired.

My son ordered me a bracelet for Christmas- the one that I requested. When it arrived the links were smaller than I wanted. Customer Service were very helpful in advising me which one would be the size I wanted. They helped me with the exchange. My new bracelet arrived today and I love it.!

Bought the small gold T-bar necklace on a 50cm belcher chain. A beautiful, classic and versatile piece! Noted a tiny defect on the pendant and raised it with the customer service team- sending images. They responded immediately and resolved the issue swiftly giving clear direction on how to process the exchange . Professional and personable customer service throughout. I am very happy with the necklace and pleasantly surprised at such excellent customer service.

Was gifted a bracelet for Christmas and couldn’t be more pleased with it.
