I had made the firm decision to use epoxy grout for both my toilet and bathroom tiling projects, having researched extensively and knowing that finding the right specification and colour match for this product can be incredibly challenging. After much effort, I sourced and purchased 3 tubes of the exact epoxy grout I needed from this supplier.

Credit where it's due here. I had originally ordered my materials through a company called getmytaps however they were absolutely useless. Once I received their refund I ordered the equivalent from these people. Their website works well, it's clear and easy to use, shows stock levels +vat prices etc. The next day my order has arrived correctly and free of damage. A first class service.

Great service from Craig. Purchases were made for a redevelopment project. The quote was competitive and they price matched where relevant. On one occasion an order was even delivered by hand. I will certainly be placing orders again.

I spoke to someone before placing an order. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and advised me on exactly what I'd need for my project. The Schluter products are also excellent.

They really have everything! Bought several times from them and I've never had any issues. Craig delivered a few times at my property and he was very helpful and polite!

Order arrived 18 hours after I placed it, despite me selecting 2-3 day delivery. Driver was friendly and checked the order through with me before going. Fantastic service!

Great service from start to finish. The sales team were very helpful in sending out the proforma invoices to get the goods paid for. And a special mention to Craig for going above and beyond to get our delivery to site on time, even though we gave him the wrong delivery address first. Would certainly recommend them.

I first called to check items were in stock before ordering online, was assured I would receive them next day if ordering before 2pm and would be delivered by DPD. Then placed order for the two ditra heat kits I required before 12pm, and paid for next day delivery £17+
Was emailed to say one was not in stock in warehouse, but the other one that was in stock would be sent out for next day delivery. Get emails to say item will be delivered by FedEx and would arrive between 9.20am - 13.20pm. When it did not arrive by 13.20pm, tracking updated delivery time to before 18.00pm. When it did not arrive by 18.00pm tracking updated delivery time to ‘end of day’
Still did not arrive by ‘end of day’ and waited at job until gone 7pm. Spent my whole day waiting for the delivery that I needed for the days work.
Turns out that not only did I lose a whole days money waiting for nothing, but also spent £17+ for no reason.
I also phoned in the morning to ask when the other kit that was out of stock would be sent out, as both have been paid for. Was told that I would be called back to let me know. It’s now nearly 8pm and I’m yet to receive said phone call.

ordered some grout and silicone via their website, which I needed to return, I emailed them , sent the pictures they requested showing unopened/undamaged items. Packed them securely in the same box they sent it in. And then I get an email saying they've arrived damaged and they've disposed of them and they won't be refunding the grout. one picture showed u straight cut down the middle of the grout bag, another showed a puncture hole in the top inner folded part. both bags were full. I emailed saying I don't believe they arrived like that , and to send me proof of damaged packaging. they ignored me.. 2 weeks later I contacted my courier, luckily evri did take a picture , the box was in perfect condition , I emailed back and they claimed they can only work with the pictures the warehouse sent them , and then proceeded to refund me, no apology nothing.. if I did not have this proof , this dishonest lying cheating company would have succeeded in scamming me, and telling me to go claim it from my couriers.. secondly the £20 delivery is day light robbery.. shop elsewhere and if are unfortunate to go here, document and take pictures of everything
