A very positive experience from start to finish. The sales rep was professional and informative with no hard sell. Having made the choice to go with this firm I was kept informed of progress by the friendly Manchester based staff. Two further visits by an engineer and surveyor took place as arranged and the work was commenced within 3 weeks of placing the order. Two fitters from Wigan arrived on time, with all the materials they needed and commenced to remove the old glass roof and replace it with a high quality insulated solid roof with Velux lights. The job was completed in just two days and the site left clean and tidy. The fitters were friendly and worked to a high standard. Everything went to plan and the end result is excellent. This Company demonstrate just how to operate a business to please the customer.

We had our conservatory tiled and fitted on the inside in November, it’s now January and we have had it for 2 months. I thought I’d wait til colder weather occurred before reviewing - the conservatory is now much warmer and the room is useable again in winter, we have a small central heating radiator in there and it’s fine. Really impressed, bought a new tv as couldn’t watch tv in the conservatory as when sunny can’t see picture but now fine - so we have a fully working room, wish I had done it years ago. The two fitters were very polite and explained as they went along. I’m really impressed with my new room

I was contacted the day before our fitting date to see if work could be started early.
Good start!
Fitters arrived on the given time and started immediately.
Roof prepped for tiles.
Given that they had over an hours travel to their hotel they arrived back bang on time in the morning to fit the tiles and guttering.
Again they started immediately and although the weather, constant rain they finished the job and then tidied everything up, very impressed indeed.
Something to note that they didn’t really stop except for a tea break probably 10 minutes and they were not on their phones every couple of minutes.!!!!

Great job, guys left everything clean and tidy and sorted out the interior roof which had been done by Tile your Conservatory in 2014 service excellent from the first inspection to the surveyor then the installers. Would definitely recommend this company. Today cant hear any wind and the conservatory seems so much warmer, especially living on the seafront this makes such a difference. Many thanks again

Very professional and friendly from the outset. The timescale from first contact to installation very tight.
The choice of tile colours were varied and we love the grey slate colour that we chose.
The fitters were very efficient and again friendly . They dealt with the limited space between the roof of our conservatory and recently fitted external wall insulation without an issue !
We elected to have extra insulation installed and this has made a great difference to the warmth in the room. It now looks and feels like a year round room.
We are so happy that we made the decision to have this done, and that we used this company to get it done !

We recently had the roof of our conservatory tiled by thefirmTileyourconservatory.co.uk the workmanship was first class and the two operatives (Luke and Taylor) nothing was too much trouble,they took pictures and showed us what they had done and did a COMPLETE clean up after they had finished,we used this firm because we had the inside ceiling of the conservatory insulated and cladding done what a difference to the heat retention and sound deadening and again very impressed with the work done

We use our small conservatory as a study and a few years ago we had the internal roof insulated by this company. We have now had the external roof tiled to provide better insulation, to prevent any leaks and to improve the appearance.
There were one or two minor issues with timing and cleaning up but the work was completed in a day and we are pleased with the finished job.

Thinking about tiling our conservatory roof for a while and received an email from Tile Your Conservatory with an offer for the work. Having very successfully dealt with this company before for conservatory insulation I had no qualms about contacting them for this latest work. I spoke on the phone with a few team members and then decided the quote offered was fair (having sounded out some local companies previously).
It took little time and just a couple of phone calls with very pleasant and friendly staff to seal the deal, arrange the contract and agree a date for the work.
The guys who came to do the job were on time, friendly, and did a superb job with little fuss or mess. The quality of workmanship and materials is excellent. After completion a passing neighbour remarked that the tiles looked like real slate and I do agree.
Would I use them again - most definitely.

Having previously had the internal roof of our conservatory clad by Tileyourconservatory , you contacted us at the right time to tile the external roof which was starting to look sad. The whole process, from the first visit by the sales representative who explained how it would be done, the surveyors visit, communication from head office about dates of fitting and the two fitters (Josh and Jack) who were very competent and carried out an excellent job. We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of our new tiled roof which has updated our 20 year old conservatory and blends well with the rest of our house.

The fitting service was clean & efficient and having the conservatory roof tiled & insulated has made the room much more useable.

Having had an excellent experience with 'Conservatory Insulations' in the past, it was a no brainer to consider their Sister Company 'Tile Your Conservatory' to visit and provide a quote to tile the conservatory roof.
The Surveyor was informative in regard to the product on offer and to the method of installation etc. and the quote was very competitive, therefore based upon the excellent experience of having the internal insulation done previously the order to tile the roof was duly placed.

A few weeks later the installers arrived on the date and time agreed and went straight to work on doing the necessary preparations to tile the roof.
The crew worked tirelessly without a break to complete the job by mid afternoon, including wiping down the old uPVC window frames with a cleaner which brought the frames back to life.

Upon completion the crew manager took time to explain what had been done and to confirm that I was satisfied with the finished result.
The area around the conservatory was left clean and tidy by the crew before they left.

The aesthetic look of the conservatory, not to mention the original purpose of insulating the Conservatory, has been improved tremendously from a rather tired and sorry looking conservatory to what one could arguably say now looks like a new installation and way beyond the finish we had imagined.

The conservatory is definitely now an all year round useable space.

Recently had our conservatory tiled. It was completed in 3.5 days. Excellent work team, conservatory appears lighter than before as we had a tinted roof due to the sunlight. Tiles a good match to our roof tiles. Very pleased with finished item.

Spoke to tile your conservatory regarding a new conservatory roof and insulation as we had experienced constant problems with the box gutter system on our original roof. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful and offered us a solution within the limitations of the property ( namely that we were limited to pitch angle if we did not want a box gutter as this is a bungalow ) the solution was a Firestone roof system which was installed by two very friendly and efficient fitters and we are delighted with the result.

The whole installation was completed on time and has greatly improved the exterior appearance, of the previously rather shabby sun lounge. Minor leaks and gutter problems were solved. The sun lounge is now much warmer and therefore used more often.
