Oreded tiles, trims, borders etc fro Tilechoice Burton.
Evrythinh collected and checked by the fitters.

Halfway through the install and it is now obvious the tiles are mismarked, not in colour or shade but in size!!!
They vary by as much as 2mm on the lenght and width - they even vary in thickness...

Tilechoice reponse? "you should have checked" How do you check sizes in a sealed box? And they were specificall y asked to ensure the batch number were the same. Even so the sizes should be the same.

The staff we all friendly and helpful when we were looking round but now there is a proble not of our makng they don't want to know..

The driver is very polite and helpful for the delivery, but I come up with broken tiles, caused by not packing properly. Now I am facing rearrangement for replacement.

Ordered some tile trim it arrived damaged. Left the previous negative review. Tile choice contacted me and refunded the item. In fairness it was the courier who delivered the damaged item but tile choice addressed the issue and offered to replace it refund.

Tried few stores to be told no tiles available, brought them online no problem, then problem with delivery paid the £35 and choose a day but not delivered until five days later than day we choose. After numerous calls an emails finally got them. A Mr M Gough very helpful in the end would use again i think maybe the recent administration and then takeover may have been a factor

I would thoroughly recommend tile choice to anyone considering choosing tiles for indoors or outside .
We went in to have a browse and the staff were so helpful with choosing the correct tile . They worked out how many we needed and all the bits to get the job done as it was for a new orangery with under floor heating .
They even recommended a tile fitter and arranged for the tiles and bits and pieces to be delivered .
The finished room looks spectacular !

I recently visited Tile Choice in Worcester and I must say, the service exceeded my expectations. Andy was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient in helping me choose my tiles. Stu carried some additional purchases to the car for me, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Tile Choice to anyone looking for exceptional service and a great variety of tiles.

Tiles are beautiful but maybe best to order a sample as the tiles do not have green hues as per pic on website but are a true blue.

the staff at Bilston were very helpful and friendly. we had no problems with tiles left over, had a full refund. would certainly shop there again.

Placed the order and was advised that the tiles will be in stock by 18th Dec and will be express shipped for delivery on19th Dec. We have still have any response, I have emailed the sales team about the despatch date and not one has provided any update.

Can’t even book the tiler and nobody is available last minute. It’s ideal to have confirmed delivery dates if you are in a retail sector.

The staff here are very helpful.
They give you options on tiles that are fit for the job and advise on adhesive, grout and trims to compliment the tiles.
Tiles can be returned and refunded if you have too many.
