The store was well presented and tidy. Samples were readily accessible to compare styles etc. Everything was labelled well and all our questions were answered. Hayden was very helpful and sorted our order for later collection.

I recently purchased tiles for my kitchen from Tile Choice in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Amrik was very helpful and I received excellent service. The tiles were very reasonably priced and arrived within a few days. After the job was completed I had a few unopened boxes left and I received a refund of my money with no trouble at all (just a small fee for restocking). I would happily recommend this store.

Been dealing with amrik and richard with our tiles for our new bathroom. Absolutely fantastic service. My wife and I spent hours in the shop deciding and we took up some many hours of there time honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Will be using again when we have our kitchen done.

Antonio at Tile Choice Bell Green Coventry branch was a great help to us in selecting the right tiles for our fireplace. Courteous and helpful and quick to assist with carrying heavy items. This must be the very worst company I’ve dealt with ever. They have no regards to customer service the whole lot work in close ranks so you can’t complain higher up and get anywhere. Never again will I use this company The complaint started with Emma at the Birmingham store it was escalated but no one bothered to communicate with me. She was very rude and stubborn. No point in contacting me now I’ve wasted too much time and energy on this and no one wanted to know!

Originally went in the Cannock branch to see the tiles to make a choice. Get a quote and then put the products in online and somehow the quote was cheaper which is why I chose to purchase online. Also offered a blue light discount which wasn’t mentioned in store

I recently visited Tile Choice, and I must say their staff were incredibly helpful and professional. They patiently guided me through their extensive selection of tiles, including Ceramic, Porcelain, etc. Their knowledgeable team helped me choose the right tiles for my project, even advising me on products required for the job, like adhesives, grout, primer and others. Plus, they offered me a huge discount on my purchase! I saved £££. I highly recommend Tile Choice for all your tiling needs.

This is the second time I've used Tile Choice (Derby) for both wall and floor times. I have always found the staff engaging, prepared to assess the number of particular tiles required to meet my requirements, and willing to provide practical solutions. They also excel at identifying the trims, grout, etc. required. I also needed the team to store the tiles for a bit, and I would call them off. They were happy to provide that service. The prices are great for good products. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

I visited the Green Lane store around the beginning of June,for advice and guidance on a home project, I was given a friendly welcome and recieved great advice from the manager ,I think his name was Dean, who also had two of his staff, Ben & Hayden show me around and gave great advice on various products that I would need. I shall be returning and making purchases when I'm ready to start at home.

Mat at Washwood Heath branch is great for product knowledge, advice and great service. We found the tiles we wanted.

This company has gone downhill drastically since being taken over ! Every member of the original Bilston crew were fantastic- calling when promised, stock arriving when promised etc. No communication whatsoever now ie when you’re a trade customer you have to rely on delivery dates given when ordering but staff can’t even be bothered with a courteous call to inform that the tiles ordered had “supposedly” been broken in transit on the day we were due to collect. We have always used this company but never again- staff haven’t a clue on what running a business is all about!! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Adam and Joe were approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me to choose the most suitable tiles for the style that I was trying to create. I have come away with samples to try - Thank you ☺️
