Na pierwszy rzut oka Tilda wydaje się bardzo wygodnym i nowoczesnym narzędziem do tworzenia stron internetowych. Interfejs jest intuicyjny, szablony estetyczne, a sam proces budowy strony wygląda na prosty nawet dla osób bez doświadczenia technicznego. Początkowo wszystko działa sprawnie i można szybko stworzyć coś, co wygląda profesjonalnie.

Niestety w praktyce pojawia się sporo problemów. Ograniczenia w personalizacji okazują się większe, niż się wydaje na początku. Przy bardziej niestandardowych rozwiązaniach trzeba kombinować z kodem albo godzić się na kompromisy. Zdarzają się też drobne błędy techniczne, a niektóre funkcje działają mniej elastycznie, niż sugerują opisy. W pewnym momencie miałem wrażenie, że więcej czasu poświęcam na omijanie ograniczeń niż na realne tworzenie strony.

Podsumowując – Tilda może być dobrym rozwiązaniem do prostych projektów, ale przy bardziej wymagającej stronie zaczyna brakować swobody. Ostatecznie zdecydowałem się stworzyć stronę przy pomocy AI, co okazało się szybsze i dało mi większą kontrolę nad efektem końcowym.

I have been dealing with the same problem for over a month. Going back and forth with customer service. The frustrating part is the only way to get customer service is through email. So when you send email it takes 24 hours each time to get a response. I gave them 2 stars cause if they had a phone number to talk to them this could have been resolved over a month ago.

Website creator is terrible. Even using someone with IT experience it was way too complicated and lacked any help. The website changes things on its own. What did work doesn't work anymore for no reason. NO CUSTOMER support. I would stay away from the company as far as you can they are terrible to deal with. We have had problems on and off for 5 years.

I tried Tilda Basmati rice because everyone was raving about how good it is. But coming from a household where rice is a daily staple and we truly value quality, especially for certain dishes. I have to say, Tilda feels more like hype than substance. There are many other rice brands, like East End, Kohinoor Long Basmati, Kashmir Valley, and others, that in my experience, easily outshine Tilda. It just doesn’t stand a chance when compared to those. I even complained to them by email taking photos of its barcode, pack size, best before date etc etc. Reply I had was most disappointing to say the least, asking me to send about 400gm to investigate, by that time it was already put in a local food bank. I cannot recommend Tilda to anyone! Kohinoor Platinum is my choice!

ACCOUNT DELETION NIGHTMARE
-I can't delete the Tilda account because it says 1 website is still connected.

-I can’t delete "the connected website" because there’s no “Actions” option under Site Settings.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
It takes up to 24 hours to hear back via email.

They reply with one dismissive sentence, no help. The email says not to respond to the no-reply email.

Go back on the website to send a message and the option is no longer available.

Reply to the no-reply email it bounces of course.

Go back to website, copy direct email and message the, email bounces (email is not in use) So you can't contact them or delete the account.

WEBSITE BUILDER EXPERIENCE
Simple things are made complicated

ie: Upload background picture.

It auto-zooms into the top third of the image. The result is a crappy, pixelated and background moves as you scroll.

Although it was quite easy to build a website on Tilda but after publishing the nightmare began. Support is very weak and non responsive. Moreover, the website is not properly protected although SSL is connected, the website us not shown on many providers. It is an awful experience!!!!

The best platform for website creation. Of course, each no code platform has its pros and cons, but in terms of price and quality, Tilda is clearly the strongest. The platform is very easy to understand, there are a lot of tutorials and strong support. All important elements are included in the subscription, no need to think about any additional plugins and extra charges. Thank you, Tilda!

Security vulnerability ignored

I was comparing different website builders for my project and came across Tilda. Many of the features are impressive.

But, what I didn't like is the attitude of customer service when I went with a problem. First of all, they take 1-2 days to respond. I highlighted a security vulnerability that website HSTS tests failing and if they can fix this in their server side.

The response I got is:
"You can't do that on Tilda. Whether it is necessary or not, we cannot say, people use sites on Tilda without any problems and without any additional settings."
