Ordered a dress that was advertised on Facebook, initially sold out but I asked to be notified when back in. Received an email when it was so I could place the order. Lovely dress (Vanessa) great quality and so pretty, fits beautifully.

My dress arrived & it was beautiful, I waited for it to come back in stock & then sadly it arrived defected with a huge tear in. I reached out & was disappointed that I was told to return the item for a replacement which means waiting even longer to wear it. I asked for a discount code for the inconvenience because I actually love their stuff & wanted to buy something else that would then arrive quicker than the replacement but that was rejected. So based on that customer service I'm not sure I'll order again :(
