Switched over from another broker, not the best but I quite like the products they have. Rate seems to be one of the more competitive ones in the market but we will find out more in the long run.

Writing this review for them because of two things. Their account opening is not so straightforward but their customer service manage to turn things around! Was impressed with Carolyn and she help to solve the issues… would wanna compliment her on this with this post

Honestly normally a pretty decent broker, but my experience on the 31st of March was anything but their usual standard; their platform was inaccessible for most of the session; and funds I deposited during this time are seemingly lost despite my bank confirming they have received it.

I didnt know much aboyt trading until i download tiger and start using. I havent fund my account yet, but maybe soon. I spoke to my friends about this. I be careful about it. Slowly learn as i grow with them

It’s very user friendly, any charges are clearly stated and very transparent plus the app is fast and lag free! (Which is really important)

Tried to open an account for my dad. I have financial power of attorney and provided the details like tax file number and driver’s license number. I gave them the phone number of my sister who also has POA and my phone number and provided a scanned copy of the POA. The account opening was rejected by compliance based on some “know your customer” decision. There no recourse available. No attempt seems to have been made to know the customer’s situation

They caused me to lose money again. It restricted me to buy stock and asked me to fulfill the email they sent but there was no email. I i waited for more than 2 hours for their support but till now stil no one comes to me. I'm frustrating and I'm leaving tiger!!

Had difficulty wirh sending bill for verification... Got into live chat with someone named Cyn. I was typing in a café, granted, I type slow... 10 seconds later, this Cyn person who is hired to help assist clients/ potential clients ended the chat. 10 seconds and she got impatient. Looking for another plateform now...

Terrible. I spent 15 minutes on face recognition to set up an account, but with no luck. In perfect lighting and white background. This reeks of problems. And so does the reviews here.
And what appears to be customer service live chat, is a bot that only repeat "I did not understand, can you repeat?". Run guys. Stay far away from this.

Terrible broker!! My deposit wasn't processed for 2 weeks. Only stupid chatbot, you can't chat with any live agent. Email them many times but got no responds. Scammer!! Give me back my money!!

Constant unwanted calls. Do not do business with them.

The worst broker in Singapore. They showed false promotion rewards and referral rewards. They gave me useless coupons which didn't actually work when buying stocks. They are promoting with false information for rewards. Commission fee is high compared to other brokers.

Very bad service. Shit customer care. Wait for hours to get connected. On top of that it’s singapore number. Also once you deposit your money will arrive in weeks not days. They will keep delaying your money in the name of review and all that crap. After that you pass their review which usually takes 15-20 that also if you call them everyday and money shows in your account. Then when you wanna buy something they’ll again put you in review and you will miss out in opportunity. Also then they won’t pick your call. You can’t even withdraw if you don’t pass their review. I have lost nearly 1200 nzd because of them firstly because of the deposit charges and currency conversion charges. Secondly because of the long international call cost which costed around 295 nzd.

I've been using the Tiger Trade app since May 2023 and have found it useful for my trading needs. Being based in New Zealand, I am able to fund my account, exchange currencies, and trade in the ASX with no hassles. I like that I can place triggered orders and have the option to keep an order in the market for more than the trading day. I also like that I don't have to worry about taxes after the initial setup. Looking forward to being able to trade on the NZX!

So far had no issues. I removed one star because of the cartoonish app with a million buttons and extra nonsense pop up ads. Other than that works ok so far.

Tiger Brokers the most expensive stock broker in the world for US market. Enough is enough Tiger! You have ripped hardworking Australians off for years now with your greed! Who charges $1 per trade for a platform fee? No broker company’s in the world do this absolutely disgusting. Yes your order execution is good but it’s not worth $4 extra per trade then Webull. Webull third party fees for 300 shares $10c. Tiger s $1.19 the orders go to the same place. Total greed. Webull ETF zero free! Nothing to pay. Tiger $4.00 per trade! I would fire the whole management team in Australia for letting Webull crush you and gain #number 1 stock broker in Australia by a long way. You need Webull CEO to show you how to destroy the competition.

I lived on three continents, had access to more then 20 banking platforms over my life and this one must be the worse one.
If you sell it takes forever for the funds to be cleared and then another 2 days before the funds hit your account. Just too slow and not what one would expect in this world and age
also their app is so complex. to many small menus and a hassle to find anything back
A real scam this platform and better to stay far away from this company which is by the way chinese owned...

Painfully clunky app, no access to KOSPI Index.

You need a degree to use this app, unnecessarily poor layout and functions.

Great displays well set up and east to use however they absolutely such on execution of entries and on taking profit .have so many videos of being up 1000 for example pulling out quick and getting nil p and l or even minus p and l happens on almost a daily basis and more often than not multiple times in 1 day it's the only thing really affecting my p and l same with entries jump on a big red bar at tbottom of dip and almost always the place me at the top and for eg it could be a minus 1000 start position this is there main down fall and I will not recommend nor use prime acc until they fix so until they fix it they get a 1 star from me stop screwing with people's money

I deposited $350 the other day. It came up that I only had $60 in my account. I called them, and they told me that I placed a margin trade a few months ago and that I was $170 in the red. They then sent me an email saying I was $0.70 in the red, and if I didn't pay them, I would receive more interest on this. I will be withdrawing my money and going somewhere else.
