My experience with Tier 1 lending was horrible!!!! It started out really good while Mr. Patrick Collins was handling it, and then, out of nowhere they took Patrick off my loan and left some disgruntled lady named Robin Wasserman in charge of processing it. Everything went south after that. She never answered the phone, took forever to return my emails and when she did answer the phone she never had an answer for me and always seemed annoyed. She kept asking for information that was public record that she could've easily accessed her self. When I asked her to handle it for me, her answer was always"I have 30 other files on my desk and I don't have time to be resolving this for you" or "I'm not a licensed loan officer to answer those questions...she could've said...let me find out for you or let me get back to you on that but instead sounded annoyed and rude. I was warned by my Realtor to not go with online lenders because of all kinds of hidden fees and the frustration of not being able to get ahold of them, but trying to save some money I ended up with all kinds of ridiculous fees. Needless to say, I canceled the loan and went with a local lender and everything is going smooth now. Knowing what I now, I would never go with a lending tree or tier 1 or any online lender. On a personal note...Tier 1 would do well to hire 100 Patrick Collins. He really is a badass dude..he even gave me his cell phone so as to not miss my calls.

since there are so many lending companies out there,its a gamble who to go with,an once you start the process you are at there mercy for a few weeks.for any customer buying a home its very stressful ,emotionally etc
with tier 1 started out complicated .but when steve lemmon took charge
it was fantastic his effort to over come loan problems an come up with solutions was great.he realizes your dealing with peoples lives not just another online application

I would recommend Katherine and Steve and their team from Tier1 to get a competitive loan. They did an excellent job on my loan. They were always responsive and were able to answer all of my questions to get me the best rate possible. They also helped close the loan early which was a major benefit for me. So, if you wanted a great rate and people who care, contact Tier1.

Donald Lucas did a great job, he is a great asset to your company. He was quick to inform and resolve any issues that arose!!. GREAT JOB!!

Great Service, timely process, very personable and professional

They understood my situation, which was not easy; however, they helped me every step of the way especially my mortgage consultant, Karla Corcoran. I cannot recommend her enough! They were honest and trustworthy and even made a believer out of my realtor who was cynical. My realtor has also referred other clients to Karla and Tier 1 Lending. The other really positive thing is that closing was flawless.

This rating is for Patrick Collins only. He was exceptional. He listened to what we needed and gave us numerous options. He answered every question with a smile in his voice. We were able to accomplish exactly what we needed. Patrick explained everything in detail. He told us upfront what to expect and followed up continuously. He was available every time I called or sent a text. There were no surprises. I have made numerous real estate deals and delt with numerous lenders. Patrick was superior to them in every aspect. Patrick is the type of individual all employers wish they had.

Patrick Collins was great to work with. Always called me back and did whatever he said he was going to do. Without his help, we could not have completed the process in such a short period of time.

I would highly recommend Mark Hoffman with Tier 1 Lending. I would have given up on buying my first home if it wasn't for Mark. I'm in my fifties, newly divorced and raising my 9 year old. I knew if I could afford over 1300.00 a month rent, I could afford to buy my first home by myself. Not that easy with other lenders. Closed on my house in just a month. Give Mark Hoffman at Tier 1 Lending a call. You will be so glad you did! Thanks Mark for keeping me updated and returning my calls in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with my experience with Tier 1 Lending. Mark Hoffman, my loan consultant and my loan processor, Melinda Frye were a joy to work with. Both are very efficient and knowledgeable; extremely polite and friendly. Thank you both for making things go smoothly and quickly.

The only issue we had was some type of firewall/software glitch with sending emails between my service provider and my consultant. Once we figured out the problem all went smooth.

They were awesome. Highly recommend them.
