In my experience Tiekom reacts fast on my emails. Starting and stopping the service of 300G data works very well. Very usefull since we live on board of a boat for only 4 month and have our own wifi-network on board. It works well in Spain and Sardinië sofar.

Tiekom refuses to port two established mobile numbers
I moved to Benajarafe (Malaga) in Sept 2023. Tiekom provided 5G internet via a home modem at my apartment. They also provided two SIMs for mobiles.
Their written terms confirmed portability for the mobile numbers if I switched to another provider. Please note the terms specified on their website.
I have now switched all my services to Movistar at my new address but Tiekom refuses to port the two mobile numbers.
This means I must change my established mobile numbers which are well known to all my contacts.
Tiekom has breached the terms as referenced above
Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!! Having been a loyal customer for several years, I attempted to get my fibre broadband for my holiday apartment in Fuerteventura upgraded to a cheaper and faster service. I started the process in June 2023. I assumed the upgrade would be done remotely as I already had 50Mbps fibre - but I was told no - an engineer had to visit. That meant waiting until I was next there. So with 20 days left before my visit to Fuerteventura I emailed and asked for the order to be re-started. They responded quickly acknowledging the dates of my 2 week visit and said they would organise the engineer visit. With 5 days to go I emailed again as I had heard nothing. They responded that they have just “opened a claim to the engineering department. Well no problem their website says “We’re fast! Within a maximum of 4 business days we will call you to make an
appointment with the technician.”
The day of my arrival I emailed again and they finally came back with and appointment 12-3 18th Oct. So I duly wait in on that day. At 3pm - no sign of an engineer - so I phoned them and someone said they would check and call me back. Of course they never did. I have emailed several times since and not a squeak out of them, nor any engineers - what a way to treat loyal customers ! I looking for another supplier now.
Censorship and stone-age website
Generally the mobile Internet service I get from Tiekom (which is nothing but a Movistar MVNO) is good. Rarely there are issues the Internet is not working and least in the country I'm currently roaming the allow me to connect to both radio networks available. However there are a few things that are really putting me off:
1) You cannot check your data usage in any possible way on your Data SIM - via their website, USSD, SIM Toolkit app, application of their own, nothing. You need to open a ticket with service desk every time you want to find your usage which is super annoying. I also got a written confirmation from them they have absolutely no plans to fix this madness.
2) The data usage is reset on 18th each month. Yet, you have a pre-paid service that you pay from the first till the last day of the month. Nobody cared to explain to me how this nonsense works despite numerous e-mails sent.
3) Their website looks like an unsuccessful high-school project abandoned in the middle of the semester. If some company pretends to be a telco they need to invest some money in their outlook and connect their billing and provisioning system to their website so that at least BASIC functions can be performed without opening tickets.
4) They recently started filtering sport streaming websites like livetv.sx and all its derivatives by redirecting the unencrypted web traffic towards a list of hardcoded IPs to a sinkhole server of theirs returning the following error:
HTTP 451 – File unavailable For Legal Reasons
If you try the TLS-encrypted version you get:
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
(This is because they cannot intercept the SSL traffic but there are certainly better ways to handle this and display a proper error message).
It took me some time to realize this and I call BS on it. While I'm not stupid and I know how to bypass such amateur filtering techniques I'm kinda getting pissed by this cat and mouse game so I'm swapping them with another mobile service provider.
Excellent Support and Fast ADSL
Everything works fine and the staff are vastly easier to deal with than the nightmares we had with Telefonica. One other big plus was somehow the fibre optic cable got severed where the garden borders the Camino and they came out and fixed it speedily and had us up and running again in a day or two. I can’t fault them frankly and am looking to switch the mobiles to them as well.
Great while it lasted
Great while it lasted! I had 300GB EU data plan, but this only lasted 2 month. They just randomly cut me off and ignore my email and as I found out now they no longer offer the no cap roaming data package... This caused massive issue for me since I work on the road. They only gave 3 day notice as I can see now from the email.
HORRIBLE customer service from what used to be a good company for roaming.
Sad Tiekom no longer offer the roaming package that was so good for travellers. This change was due to roaming laws which is fair enough but the way the company handled it was absolutley horrific. They gave their loyal customers 3 days notice that the service would be capped going forward then cut off the service completely the day BEFORE they said they would. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days with no luck. Shame that a company can suddenly turn their back on their customers.
They have left me in a remote location without any way to contact the outside world if something goes wrong. Absolutley awful.
Excellent value for the Tiekon New Data…
Excellent value for the Tiekon New Data SIM with 300Gb data @ < 40€(including international roaming) per month. Recommend!
High Quality!
After 6+ weeks and boucing in and out of 6 different countries, the Tiekom 300GB + roaming is without a doubt an absolute game changer for me. It has worked in Germany, Italy, Greece, Switzerland... No more buying or swapping sim cards as I change countries which means money and time saving. Couldn't be happier! Excellent customer service in Tiekom :)
Poor Service and Slow Customer Care
My family took out 3 international sims with Tiekom back in Summer 2022. The service worked fine up until October 2022 when one of the sims lost service for 2 weeks. Tiekom offered a discount to compensate the loss of service but then didn’t apply it to the correct account. GDPR? Don't think so.. It took Tiekom until end of January 2023 to offer a resolution to the problem, but it was not put into action… as a result 2 of the numbers we had with Tiekom lost service and I was told (at the end of January) were ‘dead’. Members of my family were without service for the entirety of this period, all because of Tiekom's poor service. This could have all been avoided with faster customer service resolution. We have since moved away from Tiekom because they have proved useless. All decisions appear to go through one person only (Jose) and he was out of office a lot over December and January, making our experience a very slow process indeed. Please be aware that if you use Tiekom and have a problem, getting it fixed may prove impossible as they hang up on calls or when they do pick up can’t resolve things on the line and ask to call you back or email (which they don’t always do) unless you chase them multiple times to get a response.

NO INTERNET FOR THE LAST THREE WEEKS.
Our internet went down just after Christmas and we reported it to Tiekom.
Tiekom lied to us saying that a major mast failure had occurred. We checked at a the Movistar shop in Valverde, our local town, and was told that there were no problems.
We were then told that the only solution was to have a new router, which, three weeks later has not even been sent.
I raised five support tickets on the Tiekom site and Tiekom have deleted four of them and marked one as resolved.
The customer services rep at Tiekom blocked us on Wattsapp.
We were proimissed return phone calls and never ever received any.
Up until yesterday - 9th Jan 2023 - our service contract with Tiekom was showing as current and in the last 24 hours Tiekom have unilaterally cancelled it.
During this time my wife had a heart attack and due to lack of internet we were unable to call an ambulance and I was unable to communicate with the hospital after my wife was admitted. We have since been spending £5.00 per day on mobile phone internet which is too slow to be of much use.
We are demanding full compensation for our lost service and the money we have spent on mobile phone internet which is currently around £100.00 and rising daily.
WE WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE USING A PROVIDER OTHER THAN TIEKOM, WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT.

Needed internet quickly as I work from home and was still waiting for my NIE and Spanish Bank account. I ordered Tiekom on Wednesday and on Friday afternoon I'm already connected, speeds are great as advertised. Definitely recommend!
Yellow Fibre Broadband is vast improvement
Just had Yellow Fibre Broadband install. Excellent service. Family issue meant we had to change installation date, but they were very supportive. The engineer arrived on time on the revised date. He spoke no English but armed with his phone translator he was very clear and calm. Took just over an hour to put new fibre cable in, but then waited while I put all our devices onto the new network. By comparison to our old copper wires (4.82 Mbps) the improvement is fantastic (240 Mbps).
