Great customer service and very prompt. The watch was inspected, serviced and returned to me well within the stated estimated duration. Tic Toc Man did a great job on the watch, fully serviced Valjoux Chronograph movement. It was in a bit of a mess and needed quite allot of work. Now working perfectly and looks amazing, thank you. I have been happy with the communications and efficiency of the service from Tic Toc. I have not received my watch back in the post, but I know it has been sent special delivery. I trust that the repair is satisfactory.

Getting a watch serviced is a fairly infrequent task so you want it done right. I have used Tictocman a couple of times now for two different watches and I continue to be very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience. They are very friendly and helpful to deal with and most importantly provide a good service. I would highly recommend using them and I will continue to use them in the future.

This company is an absolute and total SCAM organisation! I sent them a watch to regulate and they took two weeks before even getting back to me, then charged me £72. Did they do anything? No. Not a thing. The watch was completely untouched - still running 15 seconds fast a day. I could see even see at the back that the regulation screw was in the same position as it was when I sent the watch down to them. A total scam! They do nothing and charge you for it.

I sent a badly scratched Seiko Premiere to this company for a refurbishment and polish. I was flabbergasted by the condition of the watch when it was returned. It was beautifully wrapped and looked absolutely brand new. If I could post a picture with this review to show just how good a job they did, I would. In a word Amazing!
