A search for show tickets brought up a web-page mimicking the theater. They sold us a pair of $60 tickets for $558. Complete scam. The theater manager told me today that lots of their audience are being fleeced by outfits like this.

This is clearly a scam and if the website does not look fake to you, you deserve to get scammed.

I believed they were The Riverside Theatre of Vero Beach. They charged mw $478 for tickets that a few minutes found out cost $80. I contacted them by chat and they refused to cancel the order. I contestede this through my credit card company.

There is no customer service number. You talk to a robot that just loops around and NEVER addresses your very simple question. I simply wanted to have my tickets sent to a different address bc I would be out of the state where the event was happening, but since there is no way I can receive my tickets (and I can't even talk to anyone about changing the address) I am losing 300$!!!!!!! Even requesting a change of address two months in advance is IMPOSSIBLE WITH THIS CO. THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO AND NO WAY TO GET THE MESSAGE ACROSS. Not to mention the ticket was actualy 100 dollars and they are charging me 300 $ FOR IT!

Buyer Beware!! Tickets Center is a scam that resells tickets at many times face value! You will not get original tickets, instead you will get resold tickets from ticket scalpers that are not in your name. They look slick and pop up when you search your favorite venue for tickets as if they are the authentic ticket seller, but they are an illegitimate reselling platform.

The ability to get the ticket, pick the seats, and see where you would be were terrific. The customer service was a joke, however. I got two tx for my wife's 50th and then she needed knee surgery and was suddenly wheelchair bound. I reached out to them WEEKS before and spoke with their customer service. While friendly, they repeatedly said it would be handled in "3-5" business days. I would wait the alotted time and call and they'd say the same thing over and over again. My last interaction was that now I must wait until the day prior to the concert before they will get back to me to see if they can help me. The Stadium itself indicated that all they needed was Ticketscenter to transfer the tickets through Seatgeek and then they would immediately take care of it. Ticketscenter, so far, has simply refused to do so... I would NOT recommend them. if anything goes wrong, they seem unwilling to make any steps to help.

Fraud!!!! This company makes their website look like they are the venue you are looking for. They double or triple their price and then refuse to give you the ticket until the day of the event. The links in their emails don't work. Fraud!!!

Update...Disputed through my credit card company and got a refund today. Do Not Buy from this site!

Tickets-center sold me two tickets to a local venue for $312, only to discover after reading a review (I should have checked reviews first - shame on me) and calling the ticket booth at the venue that a) my tickets weren't valid, someone else had legitimate tickets to my seats, and b) I could have gotten the same tickets for $66. I called them - said they couldn't refund my money. Called the fraud department of my credit card and reported the theft - couple days later I got my refund. This scam company appears to pay well to have their link show up at the top of the list in search results for tickets to a given venue and then totally rips you off. I do hope someone crashes their scene and puts them all in jail one day.

well i went to the show last night.I paid $600 for 2 $55 seats.They weren't even the seats i got screwed for.This company sucks.they're crooks and i will spend a lot of time letting everyone know.you should be allowed zero stars for a company this useless.

I purchased a parking ticket for a concert in Nashville. I clearly put in Sept 9th. Tickets Center processed the request for Aug 9th (only 7 days away). They charged me $71.89 for one day parking. When I chatted on line they told me that is average parking cost when venue is on. Turns out its a library parking lot that charges $10.00 for same spot. I called immediately and they said too late already processed no refund. I explained they made the mistake, I was told again too late no refund. This company will rip you off quicker than you can react. STAY AWAY, Use AXS instead. They refund and help you through the process.
