I received 8 emails from them when I placed my order, but I didn’t receive the barcodes. I was never able to talk to anyone, but I finally received the barcodes several days later. The game I went to was r/s for the next day, and I was never notified! I drove 2 hours with two kids to find this out, and now I’m fighting with them for a refund!!NEVER AGAIN

This site is a SCAM! You can get Tanglewood tickets directly from Tanglewood for at least $150 less per ticket. And thats for the Lawn tickets! They up it even more for the inside tickets.

Don’t purchase from this site or the cancellation insurance it offers through Allianz Insurance. Total Scam!
Now I will have to spend the next 6 months trying to bring these predatory misleading ticket resellers to do the Right Thing.

The tickets I purchased were double the price. I made a mistake and thought I was ordering from the actual vendor of the event. Brutal. BE AWARE. They did offer me a 10% discount on a future order.I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

I ordered tickets to Ballet West Nutcracker at the Capitol Theater — very clearly stated in my order confirmation. I received tickets to the children’s ballet academy at a theater in Taylorsville. Shame on you ticket center!!! Tried to get help and literally could not contact a human!!!

Scammed two different ways by this company. First they sold me a ticket to an event that was rescheduled. While disappointing perhaps they just made a mistake (but does highlight why there is no reason to buy thru them but much better to go directly to the source of the vendor or event). The second way was when I contacted customer service. They offered a resolution, which I responded to 1.5 weeks later, and then they rescinded the offer because it took too long. Talk about taking a bad customer experience and making it worse. My conclusion is that this company is a scam it does SEO to lure unsuspecting customers and represent as if they are the original vendors not a reseller. But unlike others they resell events that are not sold out but rather act as a middleman and tax the user with fees with no value added. As the above experience suggests. I would avoid them.

Prices for a Herb Alpert ticket listed on their site at $200. After a quick search, able to buy at face value which is $50...Do not use this site.

Their responses here and when I contacted customer service have been the same: that my order shows “Balcony Right.” The issue isn’t just the section name but the price and location I selected. I paid $90 per ticket based on what the site showed as seats in the center. At the time of purchase, I noticed there were cheaper options on the sides, but I specifically chose and paid more for the center.

When I went to the box office, I was told the seats I received were actually sold there for $65 and change — the same as the side section I had avoided. That means I ended up overpaying by about $24 per ticket, despite believing I was getting a better location.

So yes, the tickets were delivered, but not according to the value and location I paid for. Buying through this site means paying much more than necessary for the same seats.

Do NOT use this ticket resale vendor! They are extremely un reputable and after sending many emails telling me when u would get my tickets, I still had no tickets 3 hours before my event and spent days trying to get them. When I finally got the tickets they were not the ones I ordered and they insisted they were upgraded tickets when they clearly were NOT. They then refused to give me a refund. DO NOT USE THEM UPDATE: don’t give up bugging then for a refund - I finally got a partial one after many more phone calls and emails and detailed evidence of the switching of tickets!

They hide behind fake “guarantees” that mean nothing once they have your money. Prices are gouged, policies are deceptive, and customer support is nonexistent. They prey on desperate buyers with misleading claims. Anyone defending them is either part of the scam or hasn’t been burned yet. Zero accountability, zero transparency. Stay far away. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Unbelievable - this website represents itself as the official ticket source for various venues and events, when in fact it is nothing more than a 3rd party distribution center selling tickets for events that aren’t even available for purchase yet. After I gave them over $500 for tickets to an event, then realized they were NOT the official vendor for the event or the venue, I requested a refund. They gave me some bullshit excuse telling me that they represented 3rd party sellers (tickets are NOT available for this event through official channels) and so they were unable to refund me. They instead told me to “re-sale” the tickets using some other website I’d never heard of. THEN informed me I wouldn’t actually receive my tickets until the day before the event (event is next April). How the hell am I supposed to sell tickets I don’t even have because they don’t exist? This is a complete scam. Stay away!

This is a website that obviously pays to be listed first when searching for Somerset Patriots tickets and hides the fact they are a 3rd party seller. I bought 6 tickets for a game at $64/ticket and then needed a 7th so bought directly from the Patriots for $17. I will never again use this site as they mark up tiks over 75%!!

This is, unfortunately, a true story of our terrible experience with TicketCenterOnline.com.

We purchased tickets to see Josh Johnson at Prudential Hall, New Jersey Performing Arts Center - Newark, NJ, for tonight, June 28, 2025, at 7:00 PM (Order #824372). We were so excited! ✨

On May 24th, we received an email confirming our tickets were ready for pick-up via Ticketmaster. Great, right? WRONG. 😤 When we picked them up, we were shocked to find they were tickets for Rosebud Baker – a comedian we had never heard of! 🤷‍♀️

We immediately contacted TicketCenterOnline.com multiple times, desperately trying to get the Josh Johnson tickets we paid for. But, comically, frustratingly, and tragically, as of today – the very day of the show – we still only have tickets for Rosebud Baker. 🤦‍♀️ To add insult to injury, the Rosebud Baker concert is cancelled, and they're still claiming they're "working on it." 🤯

In other words, they simply stole our money. 😡 This service is an absolute scam, and you MUST NOT use it!

The site is a reseller site where the seller will charge 3 times or more the price for tickets months before the event. The problem is you may not notice that its a reseller site...I didn't. I Googled specific tickets and on this sites result page it did not state it was a "reseller" site. The sites brand is "ticket center". In reality it's Resale Ticket Center.

When you look at available tickets it appears as though there are very few tickets available, which is actually untrue. They also don't deliver the tickets you purchase! They hold them until just before the event (supposedly). Will I actually receive them?....who knows. There is also no means to transfer tickets if you decide to sell them(at a loss of course). So they put you in a real jam....a trap.

This site is a means for dishonorable people to make some money reselling tickets as a hobby to a buyer who may not catch the intent.

I paid $507 for two tickets that now run for $69 at the event center. This was 6 months prior to the event. There are plenty of tickets available. There was also an insane fee tacked on by this crooked place. It's my fault I fell for it, but that's whats suppose to happen on this site.

My Wife made the mistake of ordering Blue Rodeo tickets from this site . I'm not sure why it popped up. When I saw my PayPal statement they billed us in US dollars without any indication of currency. We booked in Canada in a Canadian venue. The real problem is how much they charged us . It was double of what other sites offered for the same seat location. Contacted customer service to be told there's nothing they can do. Still haven't received tickets either and doubt we will. Stay away from this agency and book through a relable known source

I purchased tickets from tickets-center.com to attend the Lion King in Orlando. Not realizing the tickets were overpriced. Also paid $69.95 for parking at a garage not close to the event that normally charges $10 a day and was in deplorable condition and smelled like a public urinal. Buyer beware.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total bait and switch! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Feel so stupid for buying through them for Florida Strawberry Festival tickets. They charged 300% more than the gate price or the price on the festivals website which is what I thought I was buying through. They do not have good customer service…I have no tickets yet (they “say” will be emailed by event date) and I am out $100 for tickets that would’ve cost $20 through the festival. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!
