Sorry not a review but is Thriftify.ie permanently closed? I have emailed them but got no reply. The site has been closed for a few weeks and no indication of when it plans to reopen. I loved it and got great quality clothes there.

Never again, no package, no communication, no refund.
I do not recommend using thrifty.
Feel cheated and used.

After thrifty lost both my packages, 6 weeks after I ordered it and after countless emails to Thrifty (as well as phonecalls live chat and emails to An Post, Evri and and the sending shop in Wales) Thrifty eventually said they lost my packages, they'd reimburse the item cost and postage fees I paid but they would not reimburse the customs charges I paid. So this whole endeavour has left me without my two pairs of shoes I'd ordered, having wasted 6 weeks of my time and leaving me to pay the customs charges of the two packages I never received. The very least they should do is reimburse the full cost I paid including the customs charges . I don't recommend Thrifty and won't shop with them again.

Update*** No communication but have now been refunded although not in full, minus about £3. What a strange way to run a business!***

I have emailed twice in Dec and had no acknowledgement nor reply concerning boots that were returned on 14 October because they were advertised as new but arrived in a damaged condition. I returned the goods as requested with a returns label via Evri. I have provided the order ref and parcel number on the return receipt in my emails to Thriftify I've been very patient and this is poor customer service!

I have still not received my second item that I have purchased.
Who should I contact please?

I have been shopping on Thríftify for a few years and I have always had a positive experience. the quality of the clothes is fantastic with so much still with their tags on.

I’m a first time buyer and I’m thrilled ! A beautiful high quality skirt (in perfect, unworn condition apart from a small flaw) at an amazing price. Some nice customer friendly touches too, like the personal, handwritten note in the parcel which arrived quickly. I’ll definitely shop with you again so I guess I’m now a thrifty !😁

Would give zero stars if I could.
Ordered two coats, neither arrived. I was accused of having received the coats and lying. Until Mario did an "investigation" with An Post only to discover they were never delivered. Then he refused a refund until I threatened small claims court and then I didn't receive the postage fees I paid upfront. Have nothing to do with Thrifty if you're smart. I'll be telling everyone I know the same and in my line of work I meet many many people on a daily and casual basis. Thrifty are a disgrace.

Ordered 2 items, they were uk shops.
The items cost 50€, ending up costing 80€, 30€ postage and I’m waiting to see if I have to pay extra taxes. Seems a bit too pricey.

Excellent, efficient service, supporting a circular economy

I discovered thriftify a few years ago when looking for an online charity shop and have shopped there many times since then. My items always arrive promptly and in the advertised condition. They have a great variety of clothes and I've discovered many treasures there. The packaging is eco-friendly too. I can't recommend them enough!

Primary purchase in most recent haul, was delighted with bargain however disappointed with description.
Yeeze slide was purchased because filter request was for brand new without tags
& Men size 8...
On arrival found defect. Small hole and scrape on inner side of one shoe...
Also, description said was Mens size 8, shoe is actually US size 8... ergo prob only UK 6. Am I disappointed?... 3 stars worth when I heretofore give 4 or 5... still think I got a bargain at €37. However,Shoe is no longer suitable for gifting to intended original recipient. Will have to sit in cupboard until I find suitable Cinderella.

I dislike the delivery service you are using (Evri) because they rarely turn up when they say they will. So far, I have only received 2 of the 5 items I ordered. The rest are presumably stuck at an Evri depot somewhere. The two items I have received are nice and I am happy with them.

After my last purchase, I am now charged 5.60 extra for duty as my item came from the UK, this should be made clear

Amazing designer bargains and my parcel arrived in 3 days, great site!
