I was ready to cancel my request for a loan but I spoke with Erica B. and this young lady helped me tremendously. Erica looked for easier options that help me to reconsider taking a loan. Every thing was excellent wasn't hard to get a loan. But I didn't know the interest rate was so high. But I had to do what I had to do.

I borrowed $200 for a very high interest rate. I got communication from them about missed payment but the numbers do not add up. I called them and emailed them for an explanation but never heard back. The calls go straight to answering machine and emails don get responded. I don’t want to miss payments but dint want to pay the number made up of thin air.

We strongly encourage our customers to take advantage of our no pre-payment penalty policy by paying off their loan early. Doing so will result in substantial savings on interest charges. Additionally, customers have the option to make additional payments towards the principal balance of the loan, which can help reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We believe that these options provide our customers with greater flexibility and control over their finances.

This company has done me dirty from 3000 dollars lending to 12.000 dollars.
They are financial predators and criminals looking for preys( victims ) to charge them with high interest rate such as 400% 600% 700%. Report them to the better business bureau BBC.
