It’s easy to select clothes by budget, size etc.
I can’t comment on returning clothes because I haven’t had too.

I’ve shopped with Thread a lot - and never been put off by the delay times normally. But on this occasion I waited until after the expected delivery date, to be told that one item was still missing - asked for the remaining items to be delivered, only to find that another was out of stock. Would have been good to know all this during the delivery window.

Absolutely genius concept, intelligent algorithm and fantastic choices that were perfect for my desired style and purpose. It took a while for the order to be dispatched, but that is because I ordered quite few items that were collected from different suppliers. The order arrived beautifully and carefully wrapped and packaged with no annoying plastic bags. Customer service was superior and the return couldn’t have been easier. Absolutely loved it and managed to get my hands on some serious bargains that I could not have found myself in the shop. Just wow!

I cannot begin to explain to the emotional and physical exhaustion this company has given me. They have reduced me to tears numerously, with no ounce of empathy towards the situation I find myself in, because of them.
2 weeks ago I ordered an All Saints jacket for my sisters wedding gift. It set me back £899. The only reason I bought with Thread (first ever purchase) is because they had free shipping, whereas the the All Saints website was charging £8. I was already paying an astronomical amount for the item, that I thought I would go ahead with Thread for the actual gift.
I ordered it, all was good and then bam I got an email to say delivered? That was odd and alarming as I work from home so I would know whether I had Royal Mail at the door. I checked the tracking for it to show delivered and a picture of a person I had no idea as to who they could be. I started panicking a lot as I paid a lot, so went all down my streets neighbours and no one had it. I then checked all secure areas, again no avail. I then rang Royal Mail and was on the phone a total of 3 hours (I work full time so I don’t have this time to give away) and they just flippantly said I have to contact the company and that they will put a claim through and I’d get a replacement or refund.
I then contacted Thread. I was told an investigation would open to locate the package and be bought to me. I STRESSED the importance of needing it for Sunday last week as it was my wedding gift to my sister. I really really really stressed this. The lady on the phone was shouting at me and was being unpleasant. I felt very violated and as if no one was helping me. Very very very upsetting. I was made to feel as if I had no reason to be angry, and the customer service representative showed no care at all. I was left so baffled and didn’t know how I could help the situation…
I was trying to email loads and say what is the update ??? Stressing I needed a replacement so I could gift my sister.
They ignored me.
Sunday last week I had no present to give my sister. Can you imagine how awful and upsetting this was. I was mortified. It seemed as if I was full of excuses by saying I had an issue with the delivery. I cried over this. It was awful, I cannot put into words how embarrassing and frustrating it was.
I contacted Thread the day after as I hadn’t heard from them and they ignored my only ask. I was met with the manager Anne-Marie who just did not care. She told me that thread weren’t going to replace or refund me ? I didn’t understand as I had paid for something I didnt receive. I then live chatted and the lady literally said I can’t talk to you. When I rang up, the manager Anne-Marie was so rude. Oh my good, not a care. I had to literally demand and beg for 30 minutes straight for her to even look into this. She finally agreed to relook into this, despite me stressing that I was told I’d be given a replacement in time for my sisters wedding. She didn’t care for what I had been promised. I asked how I could help? And I offered to go to the police so that they could investigate with them and get a crime reference number. The manager said I wouldn’t need to do this? Even though it is a way to show that some sort of theft had occurred. She didn’t care and said it won’t be needed. They sent me an email saying there was a security issue with my delivery too? Well there clearly wasn’t or else they wouldn’t have sent out my order. It insinuated that I wasn’t who I was saying I was. I offered to send two forms of photographic ID over, with my address on to prove this, and still she said it’s not necessary. I just don’t know how I can help?
They then sent me weird emails by accident where they were talking about me and saying to put my case on hold because they didn’t wasn’t to deal with it. When I replied to this email, they fully were guilty and tried apologising so much. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
I don’t know how any of this is my fault. The courier has screwed up but yet I’m paying for it. The contract is between Royal Mail and thread, not me and total mail but yet my money will being withheld from me for no reason at all. Nowhere in the terms and conditions have I agreed to you keeping my money if the courier fails to deliver. This has been a truly horrific and emotionally exhausting experience. Please I beg you, refund me. I will never ever ever purchase again with you. And I beg others to never order from here too!

Very happy with the service from…
I’m very happy with the service from Thread. I’ve bought many of the recommended items and where things haven’t been quite right the exchange process has been simple and straightforward. I particularly like the feature that lets me know whether an item I like is available on sale. I will be sticking with the app for now. Can’t wait to see the autumn recommendations!

Great Experience, very easy to navigate website/app, and a fantastic selection of clothes and brands. The personal stylist recommends looks based on your style and uniques preferences adding to the shopping experience. My only comment would be in regards to delivery. They use Royal Mail which creates delays and that can be annoying. Overall definitely recommend.

Seems like a scam.

The suggestions have been god and both purchases arrived very promptly.

I’ve just made my second purchase on Thread. My first order came pretty quickly and I was happy with what I got. Good quality. But what I was really impressed with is how they tailor your style to meet your needs.
