The workmanship and feeling like a very expensive watch when you put it on excellent in my opinion

Ordering the watches and the watches themselves were a spectacular experience. The only situation, and I call it this, because it might not be on Thompson, was the tracking process and delivery time. Great watches!

Very nice product, better than advertised. Communication was excellent, any all all questions were answered in a timely manor. Highly recommend Thompson Watches to everyone.

I would actually give them zero stars for the quality and the cheapness of most of the watches that I’ve ordered already. There’s so many defects around the bezel and the cover plate on the back it looks like they’ve been opened several times. The leather straps are cheap. The holder for strap broke loose easily. The quality of the metal is very cheap.

Just received order 13515 (Nate model). First of all, I ordered under sale that said buy one, get two free. I only received one!
Secondly, watch is not working! Second hand is not moving. This is a complicated watch, yet there are no instructions on how to use it. Many buttons on it, but who knows what they do?

I Love watches that are great quality but reasonably priced. I enjoy Citizen, Ivicta, Bulgari and Seiko. I stay away from the very expensive (Rolex acne others) because they're are nice watches that don't cost a fortune. I've not owned a Thompson so I thought I'd try them as the price was great. I must say, I was very happy with the quality and style of these watches! I'm currently looking at buying a couple more. The customer service was outstanding and answered every question promptly and completely. Definitely recommend!!

I ordered watches twice. The first time was b1g1 and while I was waiting for those to come in you did a b1g2free deal. So I ordered three more watches. The first order came in and one watch was exactly what I ordered but the second watch was a different color. It was still a beautiful watch. When the second order arrived a week later the watch I paid for was exactly what I ordered. The other two watches were not.one of the watches looked exactly what I ordered but was not the brand name I ordered. The other watch the face was completely wrong. I reached out to your customer service and what the ultimate reply I got was since they were the free watches they were sent a close match based on availability. They were available when i placed my order. At which point I got the feeling that they didn't care. I like all the watches and will wear them but would have loved to have the ones I originally ordered. I was going to do a third order but after that email I decided not to. Wasn't sure what I was going to get. I love watches and have many in my collection. I don't buy expensive watches, I buy what I like. These watches are beautiful. I've gotten a lot of looks from people at work and have asked where I bought them, told them where they can get them. You would have gotten the 5 stars if I would have gotten what I ordered.

I tried to re-order the same watch winders (William PU Black) and clicked on the wrong winder. Thompson has been very helpful in researching my order history and I’m hoping the exchange goes through. Customer Service has been very responsive.

They are fully about giving what the customer wants. I had accidentally put the wrong color combination of a watch I ordered. I looked it up with a picture added to the email. They professionally politely let me know they will ask if that can be changed. If a short amount of time emailed back that it was handled with the watch being the correct one. Plus it arrived at my front door sooner than I was originally expecting. They keep you up todate in emails and open to any questions or requests.

Nice watches good quality and great value

The watches were delivered in a reasonable length of time and we were immediately impressed with their quality and appearance. Sometimes things that sound too good to be true and aren't. This one is. No regrets.

I am astounded at the beautiful watches that Thompson has created. These are excellent timepieces that are accurate as they are beautiful. Not everyone can appreciate the quality and details that these watches exhibit but for those who can they represent the finest in workmanship.

The watches aren't bad looking and fit my wrist well. The straps however I am not a fan of. Too large and stiff. I just replaced them with straps I have for extras.

Overall they look decent for the money. Over time will find out how they last. Thank you though for a great price on watches much appreciated.

The watches that I purchased for my wife are superb! I told my boss how I was extremely impressed and showed him the web site. Today I got a text that he ordered FIVE watches. Word of mouth from a great experience has a lot of power...and I'll be sharing it with others.
