Thinktanks representatives were helpful through the whole process. Good communication about shipping delays (it was when Trump's tariffs were wreaking havoc, our pod got stuck on a container ship for a while). Pod quality is excellent, and it looks great in our small public library. The crew that put it together for us knew what they were doing. Would do business with them again.
The products are incredible quality and tight construction. Unfortunately, they're big and complicated to ship and assemble (delivery estimates vary), but the construction team was fast and helpful on-site

Update: We needed to switch out our normal handle for a locking handle on our 2-person pod and the team at ThinkTanks were great yet again! Once I contacted them with our need, they were quick to respond (same day) with information and an invoice for the item, and then, once we received the handle, they were able to schedule a technician to come out the following day to install it. The installation only took a few minutes and it's working wonderfully. I'm so appreciative of their responsiveness, professionalism, and that I can trust in their products. Thank you!
The quality and design of the two-person pod we ordered is so great. From first contacting ThinkTanks nearly 8 months ago to figure out pricing and options, to having them install the pod just last week, every step has been an easy process. Their customer service is exceptional as they reply to questions almost immediately. There was a delay in installation due to weather, but they were able to coordinate to have their installer come in on a Saturday, which surprised me. I truly appreciated not having to wait until the following business day to have our pod installed. I would recommend to any organization and purchase from them again.

Thinktanks is just another drop shipper with a site full of AI images. They sell the same exact booths everywhere if you shop around. Shipment takes two months because they come from china. If the shipping time isn't an issue, you can order the exact same booths from alibaba or temu where you will save 80% on costs. If not, buy from a US manufacture for better quality and faster shipping.
Also these other reviews are super suspicious. They likely used chatgpt to write them. Every review is the same tone and they all write "1-person", "4-person" hyphenated? Dead giveaway.

Thinktanks shipping on google shipping states delivery in 2-3 weeks but when you go to checkout, it is 8-10 weeks. All reviews on here seem shallow - why is every name a generic name only with one review and all reviews are collected in a matter of a week. Seems like a fishy company

Hi Opal, I apologize for any confusion around our shipping terms that gave you a negative experience. Our team has been working on updating this information on Google shopping for some time - it seems that it displays by default the shortest shipping time, which applies to our acoustic panels but not to our phone booths and meeting pods which are all made to order and have a much longer lead time. We've also been actively reaching out over the past few weeks to previous customers for reviews on our products. The call pod is fantastic! We have been using it for a little over 2 months and our employees love it. The installers did an awesome job getting it set-up quickly and in the perfect spot. It even saved us from having to do an office re-model! I'd highly recommend this company and product to anyone.
We bought a HomePod for our home office and I love having this quiet space for my calls and meetings. It does a great job cutting out exterior background noise. I live in the south and the air ventilation/fans work really well to keep me cool, even on days when we have extreme heat in the high 80s.
