Fabulous service and delivery. Wonderful choice of scents. Good throw. Wouldn’t use anyone else tbh.

Product quality is great. Some minor email issues with my order being a pre-order but a quick call to the company and it was sorted. Very friendly and helpful advisor on the phone. Order was shipped as advised and arrived in plenty of time for Mother's Day.

Such a great gift! Choosing the options was really flexible and arrived promptly - Mum loves them!

Beautiful candles despatched extremely quickly.
Fantastic communication and friendly

I discovered this company through Facebook and thought I would give them a try. I am fed up of buying candles that the scent doesn't last or you literally smell next to nothing when you have let them burn for a couple of hours. Can I just say it's one of the best decisions I made. These candles are just the best. They have a nice clean burn and within 10 to 20 mins your room starts to smell of them and once put out even the next day you can still smell their scent. Great customer service and fast delivery as well. I am now a regular customer. I would urge anyone to give them a try as you certainly won't be disappointed.

The candles arrived on time and smell lovely.

I had bought the dark roast coffee candle in my local gift shop on Northumberland a few months ago. I loved it so much I found the shop online and bought several more when they were sold old in my local store.
My kitchen smells amazing!
Super fast delivery too. Perfect 👌

I ordered a set of 4 candles ( think there’s a tv scene there!). I wanted to find a favourite but I’m no nearer - I love them all!

Delighted with my purchase, the price and speed of delivery

The coffee candle is amazing , great service, received next day .will use again thankyou

Excellent service and very quick delivery.

Quick dispach and delivery and the products are fabulous candles. I bought 3 candles in glass jars. I had bought a plum and rhubarb candle for my friend a few months ago and loved the smell. I decided to buy another one for myself and bought two others, the bakewell tart and lemon drizzle cake. The smell is incredible. I will probably keep them all and order some more as gifts!

Very happy customer.
From using the website, through to ordering was a pleasure. Easy site to navigate and a very swift delivery. I had received candles from my son for my birthday last year, got him to order me more for Christmas and having given 2 for presents my supply ran out last week. Missed having the lovely subtle scents thus my reason for ordering.

When I'm in whitby I come to your shop to purchase candles and wax melts I live in Darlington I had ran out so I purchased them online the items arrived quickly excellent service

Easy to order and fast delivery.

One small thing - my 4 small tin gift pack was in Xmas packaging……..obviously using up stock but I ordered them for a Mother’s Day gift🤨.
Love the scents.

Wax melts smell so amazing, my house smells amazing, adore the bakewell tart one, delivery was quick, tracker by royal mail was always upto date and received my package after 24 hours! Will definitely be placing another order!

Good service and from Yorkshire

Ammended review, after receiving a personal email from the company I am happy to reinstate the 5 star review this company deserves.
The fragrances are stunning and long lasting unlike many other brands, personal favourite is North Yorkshire Moors but try them all I guarantee you won't be disappointed

This is the second candle we have had from this company. We get to them when they are at markets (this one was from the Rhubarb festival) And we love them. I've tried loads of different candles and these are definitely the best and will be ordering many more from their website. Thank you 😊
