Wonderful value for money
The ordering process was very straightforward and my package arrived on time. I bought 2 mystery candle boxes. Love the variety of scents, particularly ones I wouldn't normally have considered buying, like the Baby Powder which I've discovered I really like. These mystery boxes are definitely value for money. I will be ordering in the future.

Bit disappointed in box initially/Excellent customer service
I ordered a surprise box so can't really complain although I was a bit disappointed with the ones I received. Every diffuser box was damage. The Company have pointed out that it does state the that these boxes can include seconds but I did not realise. They have since offered a refund if required. Overall happy with outcome

Antwort von The Yorkshire Candle Company
Hi Linda, thank you very much for ordering from us, we really appreciate your support.
I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the products you received in your Mystery Box. Our Mystery Boxes are an initiative to offer damaged and factory seconds at a reduced cost and the products are supposed to be damaged goods, sorry if this wasn't clear for you and our team will be more than happy to assist you in making sure you are happy with the outcome. I have coped the text from our Mystery Box page online which explains what our Mystery Boxes are however we will continue to work to make sure this is more clear in future.
Mystery Boxes
Where Sustainability meets home fragrance.
Committed to minimising waste, our Mystery Boxes are filled with imperfect yet beautifully scented products—items that are slightly dusty, dinted, or damaged but still radiate the strong fragrances our brand is known for.
We will reach out to you to ensure that you have a resolution you are happy with.
Kindest Regards,
James
