Horrible experience. Their service is terrible. I asked for a refund after a painful month of going back and forth to just get a very generic template and them overlooking all the initial information I sent them. They tried to sell me a logo design process even though i sent them one I already had.

They are refusing to send me a refund saying the website is complete and it's to late to get a refund even though all I have seen is a template.

Stay away...

This company took months to do a site and I had to argue to get a new manager three times. The last one was able to get the job done, but you could hit one of my tabs and get a porn site. I am a counselor. They made a million excuses for all the mistakes.
They were building three sites for me and I paid up front to get a good deal. RUN away is all I can say.
The sites have been up for about a year. The traffic is non existent and WEBBEES took all three down and is trying to extort me for more money. I paid for three years according to them, I have receipts saying 5. My sites are down and they will not work with me. So again I say. THEY ARE CHEATS, LIARS AND THEIFS.

I hired this company to create a new website for my company. What I got was an amateur attempt at a website that none of the fields were connected to my system as agreed upon. And what was connected had no basic security features to avoid spam from filling up my CRM. The last month was spent trying to get these donkeys to do a basic quality check. Absolute GARBAGE. After writing this review I found out they took my site down without telling me anything and have disappeared with my money.

It was horrible, don't waste your money. The sales guys will sell you on a promise their team won't deliver. One of the first barriers was language. The person assigned to my account spoke functional English, but it was incredibly frustrating when it came to discussing concepts. The marketing they posted on social media was out of touch with my industry. It was bland, at best, and often times didn't actually make sense if you understand what was being said. And on top of that, they sold me on website hosting with "enhanced security" which was completely unnecessary given the type of business and website I had. And months after I had already switched marketing companies, Webbees reached out to me to make a "special offer" to renew my website hosting for another year at $680!! What they didn't realize is that I had stopped using their hosting months before when I switched marketing companies. Just all bad...take my word for it, don't waste your money.

Total ripped off they said the site they were building was bespoke but it was a templated website they gave me no refund and closed the account

They are frauds.
Signed their "contract" on 6/12/2023. According to the "Website Development Contract" they provided, "Deliverables: Timeline:
The project will require 30-40 days to complete from start to finish."
During the first 2 weeks, they provided a template and stated the process had begun. Today, 9/12/2023, was supposed to be our grand opening. Guess what, no website. Simply a referral back to the template written in Dutch and statements about our site being "custom" and more time would be needed.
We asked, actually demanded, the refund which was supposed to be 100%. We were referred to their homepage and directed to "Terms and Conditions" hidden on the bottom right. Needless to say, they claim we are no longer entitled to a refund.
Well, we'll see. Luckily, we only paid 1/2 of the price up front.
Stay clear of this group. Scan down. We aren't the only ones they've fooled.

They succcccck! Bunch of woke losers!

I recently started a small consulting and technology development company. Most of our prospective clients are in government, healthcare, defense, and transportation. As a newcomer, it is essential to have a high-quality website so these kinds of organizations can find and learn about us. The Webbees created an outstanding company website at a great price. I paid for my website in February 2022. Sat here (December 2022) I still don't have a website. I've had 5 different people in charge of my build over this time. That's an entire year of not making money from a website I was told would take 6 weeks max. I showed them a website and told them "I want my version of this." No problem I was told, you'll have something to look at in 4 days. I gave them content that they said I could use because it was plagerised. I explained that some of it quoted the insolvency service, hence the problem. I was told this wasn't good enough so I paid for their content writers. This content looked like it had been written by someone who doesn't speak English as a first language and doesn't understand my industry. Awful experience and I still don't have a website.
