I bought a watch on Grailzee from them. The watch was misrepresented as like new and a 25 model. The actual watch is a 24, appears to be polished and is in need of servicing. Tried to get it resolved but no luck. Not the best customer service and not honest.

I was a big fan of the Watch Outlet and indeed, bought quite a few watches from them. I had nothing but good things to say about the site and Mark Schlanger in particular. Since his departure from the company, I have not had the same level of service. In the latest incident, my offer for a watch was accepted but it turned out there was another offer. No problem there but the sales person kept me hanging for several days and I had to take the initiative to ask before being told the watch was sold. I am not used to being ignored as a form of customer service.

A very good experience buying from the Watch Outlet, even though they’re in Florida and I’m in England. Good communication and fast delivery.

I had a great experience with this seller. Mark was very helpful in providing elucidation, explanations and information. All responses were provided very quickly both during weekdays and holidays.
The watch that has been delivered is exactly as described and offered at a price very attractive.
Last note about the shipping, in 4 days it was shipped to Italy, a great goal considering that one day was taken just for customs clearance.

I have purchased and traded watches over the years through many different dealers. I made my first watch purchase from The Watch Outlet about a year and a half ago, and have now recently made two different trades with them.
It has been such a pleasurable experience each time I have dealt with The Watch Outlet! Mark is always very courteous and knowledgeable, and he makes the experience so easy and enjoyable each time.

Leaving my review here as Chrono24 only allows reviews the first 30 days after purchase. Was sold a watch as store display in mint condition with box & warranty card. Sent watch to Longines for evaluation. As per their report "The case shows signs of scratches and/or dents". Also, box is quite worn ( &soft hing torn) and definitely would not be original box as watches are only put in a new box once sold. Finally, warranty card date of purchase not inscribed & did not come with this watch (as per ser no./ original selling AD). My first & last experience buying through Chrono24.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience shopping at The Watch Outlet. Mark has been above and beyond helpful, attentive & patient! I returned the first watch
because it was too small (an Ebel watch) and I was refunded right away. The second watched I purchased (Baume & Mercier) is perfect for me - I couldn’t be happier with it! Both watches look new and I would never have been able to tell that they were store models. I have no question that The Watch Outlet has ethical business practices and by far the lowest prices I’ve seen. I would not hesitate to make another purchase with them and I highly recommend them!

Great experience buying from The Watch Outlet. I traded in a watch on another piece, and ran into an issue once I received the watch (that was absolutely no fault of The Watch Outlet). They went above and beyond to make everything right, and ultimately I chose to purchase a different piece from them instead. At all times they were patient, helpful, and professional. This is the third Rolex I've bought, first experience with Watch Outlet and by far the BEST experience yet. Mark is the ideal salesperson, informative but not pushy, courteous yet relaxed. The watch was in PERFECT condition, not a scratch or flaw that I could find.
