Great product, not dissing on them there. However they lack very big on the customer service. At least for me. I broke the end section on my rod and emailed about purchasing a replacement, took them 3 days to get back to me after I sent three emails. Emailed back and forth for one day, they were going to send me a link to proceed with the replacement. It’s been 4 days since then and haven’t heard back to revive the link. I’ve sent more emails and still nothing. I like the pole a lot, however I could order a new one from any company and have it at my doorstep before I get my replacement. Not impressed at all. Other reviews state that they were quick and made the process easy, I wish it was the same for me.

Got it right out the package, and put a shad fly on it. The dragon glass being smooth like butter sets the fly beautifully presenting it. Got a 7 pound bass on it and plenty of line and backing for even bigger fish and a whole lot of fun. I’d recommend it to anyone but maybe not the fiber glass for beginners but darn it is smooth!!!!!

The rod was delivered in very good time. It’s comfortable in the hand, has great action and allows a buttery smooth cast. I have caught many many fish with this rod already.

Have not fished the rod yet but love the look and feel of everything!

My reel is stuck to my rod.... the tensioner on the rod was cross threaded. Hasn’t been in the water yet. Waste of money
