I’ve only started with Gary around early August last year, and the progress I have made up to this point is just unbelievable. In the last five months, not only have I become stronger and more consistent at the gym, but most importantly, I’ve reached a stage where I have been so amazed on how my physique has transformed. What I have envisioned for myself is something that I CAN ACTUALLY SEE in the mirror, which really boosted my confidence and continued to drive my motivation. In terms of his coaching methods, I have high praises for Gary, since he really allowed me to be part of the whole planning process, making the whole journey as a collaborative effort between me and him. He truly carries out his job by ensuring that we hit our targets, but at the same time, he is always there to give us advice on how we could maintain hitting our goals by means of various strategies. Gary also has various methods that he employ to all of us, to ensure that our level of consistency and commitment is always high. I can truly say that I have made the RIGHT DECISION of joining Gary’s team, and I’m really glad I have found an amazing coach like him! I highly recommend him! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my second treatment with Gary yesterday would highly recommend. I have a long standing injury and Gary is getting to the root of the problem already!

I have been seeing Gary for nearly two years now and I won’t go anywhere else. He is the only therapist I’ve seen that is able to fully resolve any issues. He really know his stuff and is very professional. The clinic is located at the local leisure centre and is always warm and comfortable.

I very highly rate Gary for sports massage. He has a great understanding and uses this to fix my various aches me pain arising from exercising.

Gary is a great massage therapist. He makes you feel relaxed and comfortable during the session (despite the treatment sometimes being obviously uncomfortable!)
He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and a very interesting person to chat to during the sessions.
I went to see him due to arthritis of the neck and whilst it cannot be "cured" he definitely manipulated away tension and knots which did provide a good degree of relief and movement.
I will go for further treatment and would recommend him unreservedly.

I managed to get in for an appointment on the same day of messaging with a pain in my back. The massage was great and very relaxing. Gary explained what could be causing the problem and what to look out for in the future. The pain already feels like it’s gone

After having tried a lot of sports massage therapists in the last year for my bad back, who have not helped much at all, I came across Gary on Instagram. I have had a couple of sessions with him so far and noticing a difference already, so would highly recommend him.

Came with a shoulder injury and loss of movement. After 2 sessions I was starting to see an improvement already, pain and movement is significantly improved in only 2 weeks. I’m so pleased, back tension is also so much better and some great coaching on how to improve my posture and now nearly all movement is back to normal and pain free. Wish I had come to Gary moths ago.
