I have been with UVA from March 2022. When I first joined, I had no idea what to expect from the experience.

In my brief time here, I've interacted with several assistants—but Linnet has been the primary contact for me who has been looking after my store and the customers very well. She is very helpful and supportive. she's always upbeat and friendly, while also being extremely professional. She always responds quickly when I reach out to her with questions or concerns, which is really important to me as both a business owner and an individual.

I can only say the best about cooperation with Utopian partners. When I decided to start a dropshipping bussines, the most experienced partners who have been working in this field for a long time immediately recommended to cooperate with Utopian in order to achieve results as quickly as possible.This is especially important when starting a business! This cooperation really paid off and saved me a lot of time, besides, the necessary tasks were performed much better than I could have done, because Utopian colleagues have the necessary experience. Compared to other partners, Utopian has a humane attitude, being open to new solutions and adapting individually to the client's needs. If you are not sure whether Utopian is suitable, I recommend just trying it, because there is no need to sign a long-term contract, if something is not satisfactory, the cooperation can be terminated after a month. I personally also decided to give it a try and have been their customer for almost half a year now and will continue to use their services in the future!
