I have a business and fell behind on my payroll taxes. I called Ultimate Tax after seeing them on Facebook and talked to David. He asked me a few questions and we now have a plan in place to get me back on track and get the best possible agreement with the IRS. I just don’t have time to do this myself and really don’t know how to go about this stuff and honestly am afraid to deal with the IRS. He was professional and I have full confidence that Ultimate will handle this successfully for me.

The customer service here is outstanding. Jeannette ended up helping me out and she is an amazing employee. She is really sweet and helps you with your needs. She goes far beyond with helping you out. I came mad about my situation. But ended up leaving relieved knowing that I'm getting taken care of. I'll be coming here more often for any problems that occured. Would highly recommend if you are having any issues.

Honestly, one of the least favorite things to have to take care of is anything revolving taxes. Its usually been a hassle but its nice to have found someone who makes it simple.

What made my experience great was the simple fact that you were able to pick up the phone dial and someone picked up on the other end. Now of days you cant find service with a human. For me this is huge. I for sure will be using them for next years tax prep. I would recommend them to anyone I care about and want them to get what they pay for.
