5 star experience from start to finish
5 star experience from start to finish. Easy to order. Great price. Great quality. Fast delivery. I wanted specific colours for my grandchildren so bought white ones and dyed them in the machine. I got size small for a 9 and 11 year old and they are a great size for them, plenty of room and they love them. They are so much better quality than the made in china rubbish you get from lots of online places. Would buy again and recommend.

QUALITY AND SIZE.
Having purchased Bath robes from you before I was expecting the same quality fluffy towelling, I ordered a different colour but apart from that the size was the same. What I got was inferior toweling and a very tight fit. Not good I could have purchased this type of product from e bay or Tesco.

I checked which bathrobes you purchased from us.
So, previously, you were buying the High Quality Turkish range, and then you switched to the Egyptian cotton, which is very different from what you are used to.
If you are not happy with your recent order, as it's a different range, you can return it to us for a full refund.
