The Towel Shop Bewertungen

We use a lot of towels in our sauna and as people come un various sizes we have found the size of the bath towel is ideal for regular size guys and the bath sheet perfect for the more rotund gentlemen. I use the 400gsm as they wash and dry quickly. I am very pleased to have found the Towel Shop and will be using them a lot for our sauna.

Good quality, timely delivery . Thank you

Delighted with both hand and bath towels. Of a very good quality and lovely soft feel to them. Tea towels I am not enamoured with them that are thin and could see through also a lot of threads that they I had to cut off with scissors.

The order took very long to arrive and when I called to chase it up the store clerk seemed very unbothered and not helpful at all.
Because of how long the items took I never actually received them. Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for a refund.

The towels were delivered on time and well packaged. I found it bigger than expected and it's cheaper for it's size.

The robe is very good for the price.
Received it very quickly.
I like it.
Excellent service from The Towel Shop.

Beautiful soft towels. Unfortunately the wrong colour

Bought 4x 200TC Percale Flat Sheets, 2 double, 2 king. When comparing the material weight it's quite obvious that the weight is not the same, 1x king is heavier despite being labeled 200TC. Not sure what is going on here other than something is amiss.

Edit: Revised to 5 stars as a very helpful customer services representative reached out offering a refund for the sheet and investigating why there is a difference, along with an explanation.

Great Service, express delivery, best quality towels and flannels for the price, this is my return to this shop and I will do so again!!

Grandson loved his white robe! Brilliant value quality and service! Thank you

Good quality, incredible prices. Delivered promptly. Too good to be true and yet…true!

Lovely towels not too heavy, Wash really well very pleased.

I needed a lot of new towels, The Towel Shop advertised they were having a sale, bought 20 white bath sheets £84, perfect exactly what I wanted big bath sheets, great quality to

Helpful staff. Lovely products.

For the cost these towels are great. They wash well and are perfect for guest accommodation. Delivery was perfect, I’d definitely buy again.

Very reasonable price for your product.
Happy with what i've got.

Really great items at a good price, good range of items available. Clear communication and swift dispatch. Only fly in the ointment was Royal Mail who decided to send my parcel to Aberdeen for the bank holiday instead of sending it to Norfolk! The Towel Shop is a vendor I will use again

Wonderful duvet. Goes puffy after shaking it out and leaving it for a day. Quick delivery.

The quality and service were great

Great value. Each item purchased (two towelling hooded bathrobe, bathmat and pedestal set and a type of fitted sheet) was half the price, but of equal quality.
Highly recommended.
