Had our items for over 2 weeks and not issued a refund. I have tired to call and email with no response.

Really poor business. I have had to get my bank involved to try and get the money back.

Seems a scam, same as all other reviews , ordered, paid and never heard from again, they don’t reply to emails and there isn’t even a phone number, can’t find them on companies house either

Goods received damaged and I have been trying for a week via email as no phone number to get a replacement sorted. No response and this is very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Part of my order was missing, they said it was sent, but i did not receive it and they have now stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely terrible customer service. My order ref - TSD4250.

Order processed, take your money and then no items. No contact phone number and emails unanswered. Raising a dispute with my bank think this company are a scam. Avoid

I have recently ordered from this company Nexus plugs and switches. I have been told they were after 3 days the order would be passed to DPD and they would send tracking info. As of this morning I’ve received no such communication from DPD. I feel this company are perhaps a scammer and should be avoided at all cost. Do not by from them awful service!! If anything arrives it will be a miracle. I have had emails from an Isabella but probably to stop more complaints and starting to feel AI generated responses.

Do not order from this site. There is no telephone number to communicate with the company. Goods not received. No response to emails! Just in process in raising a dispute via the credit card. Communication is dreadful and says it is a family business Please do not be fooled by this - Potential scammer!

I ordered Nexus sockets and light switches. Excellent competitive price with free delivery from The Switch Depot. I have installed them and they look great. No hassle transaction through shop pay. Delivery was as promised within 5 working days, so overall very happy

This company is just a scam placed order over 2 weeks ago paying for DPD delivery of 3-5 days still not here and can’t phone anyone and no one replies to email terrible company

Very poor company to deal with. returns policy is the worst. First you have to apply for permission to return an item, then once permission granted they email telling you so and to wait for further instructions which 2 weeks and several emails later still have not arrived. Very poor customer service, would not use again and certainly never recommend, very disapointed.

A complete failure to deliver order or respond to request for assistance.
In early mid-December we ordered and paid on-line via Pay-Pal for a simple LED dimmer switch. We received confirmation of the order and instructions to await delivery by EVRI - confirmation and a tracking number would be forwarded.
After 5 weeks and 4 emails using their own on-line customer service response platform there has been no delivery and absolutey no contact of any sort. There appears to be no CS telephone number anywhere on their website.
The item ordered, whilst insignificant at a total spend of £20.24p was non-the-less urgently needed to complete a child's bedroom re-fit in time for Christmas.
What a dissappointment. Certainly a supplier not to be recommended or trusted.

Good products and very helpful customer service with email being answered quickly and an item being added to order after placed.

The delivery timescales were excellent and the company was spot on with its information.

The products themselves (brushed brass switches and sockets) were not great quality and don't look half as good as the ones we paid a bit more for from elsewhere.

That said, you get what you pay for so overall, satisfactory!

They do not respond to customer service, dispatched a week later than stated on the order and some items faulty when they arrived.

Good quality, smart switches. They were well packaged and arrived on time so I'm pleased with the purchase.

No reply following email to arrange return of items. Still don’t know how to return item as no confirmation email received or invoice in order.

The order eventually arrived but was impossible to contact the company to check on delivery. Would not use the switch depot ( RS electrical supplies) again

Good Comunication and great products at a good price would highly recomend them to anybody.

Terrible customer service. Does not respond to emails! No way of contacting to speak to an actual person.
