Blokkeer ze onmiddellijk en ga niet in gesprek. Hengelo was het netnummer en als je terugbelt, hoor je iemand met een accent welkom bij smiley... die vriendelijk aan het chanteren is. Dus blijf weg.

TV arrived broken, was returned, no refund issued after weeks.

I ordered a refurbished Samsung Serif TV from TheStore.com. It arrived broken, cracked casing, and wouldn't turn on. It was insufficiently packed, with only one part of the protective styrofoam in the box, and a bit of bubble wrap that we inadequate to protect a TV during shipping.

I filed a support ticket when it arrived, 24 days ago, they escalated me from chat to email, had me take photos, videos, reexplain several times. Now it's been weeks, I have long since sent the TV back and it's been received, but they say there " Your refund has been issued but due to some technical issue it hasn't gone through. We have escalated this to be checked and issued asap. " This was 10 days ago.

Do not buy from this site. They are terrible with returns and refunds, which are often needed for refurbished products.

LG Monitor Purchase

I purchased(2) LG 27GK65S-B 27" UltraGear Full HD Gaming Monitors from "The Store". The order page did not have a way to enter the 10% off. The phone number listed on the order page was to "Nordstrom". I specifically asked if they came with hdmi cables and was told they did. I was told the 10% would be processed separately. Have yet to see it. I was told that the Nordstrom number was just a mix up. With reservations, I placed the order. The shipping was extremely fast. The monitors appeared to be in good condition. One monitor was missing the ac/dc power adapter. The monitors came with DP cables. I e-mailed and called the company and was told they would follow up and keep me informed. I received an e-mail stating they could not ship a replacement even though they are still selling the same monitors on both VIP Outlet and The Store. They offered to have me return the monitor or accept a $20.00 refund. I had to purchase a 3rd party ac/dc adapter (19v) for $53.00 and 2 hdmi cables for $20.00. Although I was disappointed with the lack of the adapter, I am pleased with the monitors. I have also received the the refund and the the discount.

Ordered a tv

Ordered a tv, got a confirmation email, that order sat pending for a few days, i contact them via email, said they cannot find my order, i contact via messanger, they say my order number belongs to someone else, asked me for screen shots, i gave screenshots, they say they cannot find my order and will escalate my request and get back to me, the same tv on their site is now priced hundreds higher. bait and switch i guess, i received a new message about not being able to find my order and that they will refund and it was about a completely different product, i think actual monkeys are in charge of this website

Buy something new for a few dollars more you'll be happier in the end

I don't even know where to begin first I didn't get the 10% off my first order plus I went earlier in the day and it was $250 for the TV I tried waiting as long as possible for the 10% coupon to show up in my email but it never came so I went later on and looked at the TV on the website and it went up $20 so I was like oh no I bet I get it now before it goes up anymore second I had to wait many weeks for it to show up they kept changing the date there was a couple days where they changed it a couple times in the same day unbelievable when it did it was in a box three times the product size I took it out of the box and they sent me the wrong pair of legs for it so I could not stand the TV up when I took the TV out I saw that it was very dirty on the screen when I tried wiping it down a lot of it didn't come off and I realized it was millions of little teeny scratches now it was advertised that you would see a couple scratches no there was many patches of scratches they also advertised that they clean and sanitize the product the remote control was disgusting it looked like it was covered in covid or some other type of flu for salmonella it was sticky and full of gunk but it just keeps getting better so for the hell of it I go and plug it in and it doesn't work it has two red lines going down the side and some Blue line scattered throughout that you can't see unless you look very very close so as of now I've been going back and forth with customer service they wanted me to try to put this big big box in my car and bring it to a place to have it delivered back to them I told them that this could not be done it will not fit in my car I would probably have to rent a U-Haul to get that somewhere so now out of nowhere I have a delivery guy show up at my house and tell me they're here for the package nobody told me anybody was coming to my house I would have loved for them to take the package but I didn't have a printer to print out the slip that they had sent me they told me the guy was going to be here between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. another problem is they told me at 9:44 a.m. that day this place does not care about you it is a scam in my personal opinion I think they should be shut down

Part shipped but was never delivered

I ordered a tablet and was informed it shipped a day later. The shipping number said it was awaiting pickup for a week before I asked support about it. They told me the shipping department would expedite the package and to give it a few days. Another week later and it was still waiting for pickup. I asked again and was told the package was lost and they didn't have another to ship and refunded the order. Two weeks later and I still have not received the refund to my card.

Nope.....

I ordered shoes from this site. A red pair, a white pair and a grey pair. What got was delivered was 2 red and black plaid pairs and a leopard print pair. I have sent several emails and cannot get any response.

DO NOT, MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
I got the laptop and it was fine, came in 5 days whatever , but I didn’t like it so I returned it
It’s been over 2 weeks without any money back. I can not afford to just lose 200 dollars. They just keep telling me to just “wait” but they are saying that it only takes 2-7 business days. ITS BEEN LONGER. They just keep giving me the reach around and I have no idea what to do, or what my next step should be.
