I really should have read these reviews! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I measured my sofa really carefully and followed all of the fitting instructions. No joy. I contacted the company on the same day as delivery and have become embroiled in some kind of Kafkaesque nightmare where they keep asking me if I want a different cover but refuse to refund me. I think I'm in closer contact with them than I am with my own mother! They are a truly awful company. Look elsewhere for your covers.

Very pleased with customer service people. Explained my problen they didnt ask too many questions and they sorted my problem there and then. Its ashame they done have phone number so you can phone them instead. Big thank you for Kimberly. Size was a bit small but she only asked what size i want so she can send me the other order with no fees. Updated the outcome of my case everyday.

There was plenty of choice on the website and when the covers arrived they were exactly as described and very easy to fit.
Delivery was quicker than expected.

If I could give 0 stars I really would. Worse product ever, I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it, let alone what they are charging. They only allow a two week refund time frame which wasn’t even long enough to get it on our sofa as it was so difficult to do. Despite the fact it is awful and does not fit, they will not provide a refund, they also suggested placing wood in our sofa to keep it in place…. Not very child friendly. I should have found some of the reviews on here!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Product looks fantastic but as I am still waiting for it to arrive after nearly a month I cannot say if it really is as good as I am hoping it will be. I would urge the company to change their method of delivery - according to tracking it was dispatched but the courier has not delivered.

Not happy with 3/5 products ordered, plastic zips break too easily. No product has fit my sofa

Customer service was really great! I got reply in 1 day and the cover have been exchanged very fast.

Really really dissapointed with this company i explained i was away when sofa cover arrived so only had the chance to try the cover just outside of the 14 day's it did not fit despite me ordering to their measurements so i asked if could have and exchange for the larger size and pay the difference and they refused and were very unhelpful!! Never again would i order from this company.

Terrible company! Ordered from .uk website but you have to return any products that don’t fit to China using a £25 tracked service so absolutely no point returning it. They have ignored all my emails since the initial one requesting to return. Product doesn’t fit despite ordering to their measurements. Should not be allowed to trade. Do not order from them!!!

Covers don't fit, despite ordering the correct sizes, stupid foam packers keep popping out and I hurt my back turning a 3 seater sofa upside down to tie the stupid cords underneath.
Looks ugly, creases and loose fabric everywhere.
Awful customer service, offered a 35% refund which I refused as I'm entitled to a full refund. Am currently sending my 6th email requesting refund.
No return address, I guess they're based in China, where people don't have any rights.

Covers are poor quality and struggling to get a refund out of the company. Should have checked the reviews as company are clearly scammers

The sofa cover itself is well made and we'll be looking to buy another soon. We underestimated the size required and Sofa cover house were excellent at replacing with a larger size.

Ordering was simple and easy.
Delivery faster than expected.
Customer service team brilliant.
Fitted both 2 seater and 3 seater well, fabric was so much nicer than I was expecting it to be so overall a very happy customer.

When trying to return it took 5 emails
Over 5 days for the customer service to listen and provide a return. I would not purchase from here again

I love the cover! It's a really pretty, rich green with little roses embossed in it and super soft. It arrived in good time. It took about 4 attempts to get it on the sofa the right way around - it's not obvious. The back of the sofa isn't fully covered, but as I have it against a wall that's no big deal. The little foam rollers that you slide down the sides of the cushions to keep the cover in place do the job until you sit down, then they pop out, so that's a bit irritating, having to replace them every time.

Covers were a poor fit . Won't accept them back and only offering a partial refund.

Not recommended .
