Accidentally ordered duplicate item due to the website being not great
Immediately emailed to explain, they reassured me a refund would be processed for the duplicate order as soon as the original item was delivered.
I ordered the item (s) 8th September
It didn't arrive until 19th September when I promptly emailed.
No refund received yet and it's 11th October

Also the item description as a fit bit charge 4 is not that , it doesn't have the same functions either. Therefore I wanted to also return the item delivered

I posted this item 26th September, still no refund 11th October or confirmation of receipt.

Overall I am now £85 (2 x £34.99 plus £14.99 return postage) put of pocket all to purchase an item that wasn't as described.

All emails are quickly responded to but only with lies I have been promised refunds in 2-3 working days , a voucher for the company (laughable) or £10 refund to keep the watch I didn't want .

Do not purchase from this company

Update 06/12/25 still no refunds from either product , continuing to email weekly and continue to have responding emails full of lies in return...

BEWARE! I was fooled by the picture of a Fitbit device only to receive a "Fitbit-like" device which I immediately (1-2 days) returned in MAY, it is JULY and I still have not received a refund. They list their returns policy and address is at bottom but claimed to me the address I sent it back to is "unmonitored", really?, and I had to have proof of delivery, which I did and am still waiting. I had to file a grievance with my credit card company.

This company is the WORST to deal with and it’s not worth making a purchase. Their communication is terrible and slow and they don’t know the basics of customer service. I am still waiting to get my money back for a defunct purchase. Do not buy from them.

Hi - ordered and received smart 4G watch for the kids. None of the SIM cards work with it - emailed the support team twice. No feedback.
Question - why sell things that don’t work???? Totally shocking.
