I really enjoyed completing the modules for the course on understanding autism. I thought the content was well presented and made for interesting reading both in the module and looking at suggested articles and researching.

Done in a a very professional manner. Good support and mentor was great. Guided me through out the the course.

I had a really good experience with this company so I could get my qualification around my job and kids. The tutors were really help feel and gave great feedback. Would happily use them again for another certification

I enjoyed the course and feel like I have learnt a lot about the different struggles that children and young people go through. I did find the course difficult some times due to the fact that my son took his own life a few years ago, so while learning about the different things that children can struggle with I could see how my son may have been struggling from an early age with his mental health. The course tutors were very helpful and understanding and I really appreciate that. I found the home learning good as you can go at your own pace.

My course was great! Good information, excellent resources and fantastic support. Every one I spoke to at the centre when I needed help was very supportive, helpful and professional! The whole process was a pleasure and their staff are awesome!

I had intended to do a course online for guidance in advertising on social media, and when I saw this one I dived in because it was government funded! However, the course turned out to be probably well worth the total, combined cost of all of the others I saw online! I absolutely loved taking this course: the content was thorough, comprehensively covering all aspects of social media advertising, different platforms and tests at the end of each of the several sections. Each of these sections were centred on a different topic, and the feedback from the tests was extremely helpful, pointing out both my weak points and my strong points. Also, whenever I needed guidance, the staff at the centre were all extremely helpful, friendly and patient; plus the deadlines for each section were flexible, so I could ask them to move it forward a few days, or more, if it was necessary (which, of course, it frequently was!) When I completed the course I received a certificate online and then ongoing help with webinars on things like future guidance, CV improvement guidance where a really helpful specialist helped me to make truly positive progress with my CV! I can't thank the Skills Network enough for the whole, excellent experience, which has very positively improved my career prospects and knowledge. I give them all 10 out of 10! Thanks!!

Completing the course with Skills Network was great. The resources available to support my learning were easy to follow and informative. The course delivery was super, and the feedback given by the tutors really helped me to develop my writing skills.

Fair and helpful company

Cannot recommend The Skills Network enough, it allows me to gain knowledge and qualifications in subjects that interest me and the industry I am in. All staff are very friendly and helpful always there to support you as you are learning, and you can learn at your on pace.

I really enjoyed this course and tutor feedback and support. What stopped a five star review was the course started while I was holiday so was behind from day 1 and found the deadlines too tough to meet while working full time and it nearly destroyed my sanity. If this hadn’t happened, I would have loved every minute.

I completed a course with the Skills Network between Sept and Dec 2024. The course was well set out, easy to follow, and feedback was quick. I really enjoyed my course and would do another with The Skills Network.

It was easy to get into the information. When I needed support from the team I got it in good time. The resources on the website were great. All over all I learned a lot and had a great experience. I will recommend The skills network to anyone who wants to join this amazing team.

Fantastic course I really enjoyed it

It was good to learn the different mental health problems and the tutor was helpful, the only thing I struggled a little with was how close the deadlines were to each other

I’m not the only one who has been scammed it would appear. The course was advertised as “free”, but I believe the course was designed as anything but, with such a high difficulty level, it was set up to fail.

I put a lot into that course, a fair few hours in fact, and answered all the questions as thoroughly as I could, but it was apparently nowhere near good enough, hence my suspicion.

With the ridiculous threat of proceedings, The Skills Network have properly scammed me, and it looks like I have no choice but to pay, fair play to them, I fell for it.

I will make sure to warn others away from attempting this, it’s very clever. Having seen the other dreadful reviews here on Trustpilot, it seems I’m not the only one who has been scammed, it would appear that they are indeed, cowboys. I will share my opinion accordingly, and I will look to escalate this wider.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Time wasters! Steer clear! From others experiences I figured it could have been way worse. I had to share all my details, provide id photos, pre-apply then apply then be assessed and wait for phone call and so on just to receive an email saying that my application has been withdrawn. My God these people are very busy scratching their heads with their toenails. But let’s all blame it on government compliance and not on over complicating things just so they can say they have a job and they’re “working hard”. Disgusting

I just wanted to say thank you to Lee for the time spent assessing my work over the past few months (in relation to a English Level 2 Functional Skills course) and for the valuable feedback (in conjunction with Gloucestershire College).

I feel in a far better place now to sit the Functional Skills exam now.
