Perfect suppliers, my pictures were delivered really quickly, safely wrapped and they kept me informed all the way where my order was and when it would be delivered.
Would highly recommend them and the extra gifts for purchasing were really enjoyed ( rum & chocolates)

The staff at The Rose Gallery were helpful and prompt in their responses to my questions and requests. The pricing was competitive as they were open to discussion. The shipping rate to the US was competitive as well and it appears well packed. I have not opened it as that is my wife's job on her birthday in July.

I bought a painting I saw at Windsor Horse Dhow - it was packaged and delivered with extreme care and speed.
It looks wonderful above my fire place.

I went in with no intention of buying anything but having had a very friendly chat with Dinah I explained my preferences of style, she showed me some examples which I liked but weren't in the colours I was working with, she brought up a print that could have potentially filled a space in our new home, offered to email it to me and gave me time to mull things over, a week or so later I had a query without it being intrusive and I decided to take the plunge, I am absolutely delighted with the result, it's a piece that will stay for a very long time if not forever, thank you

Minor delay due to Easter holidays, but otherwise met expectations.

Second time we have used them and both times they have provided excellent service. We were kept up to date with details of purchase and delivery, and on the most recent purchase they provided the excellent services of someone who hung the painting for us and whom also provided excellent advice, with a very personable manner. We would definitely recommend this gallery and won’t hesitate to use them again.

Problems with print damaged by courier during delivery which were speedily resolved by the Gallery and a replacement print sent. Good communication by them and very pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic service! We experienced some faults with the frames, but the team went above and beyond to resolve them. They improved the manufacturing technique used to glue the frames, eliminating the glue sheen visible on the corners under certain lighting conditions. They arranged for the manufacturer to take the pictures back for this repair and promptly returned them to us without any hassle. Truly great service
