If you are reluctant to put hard wood floors down because they are cold during the winter, then Thermosoft is your answer. I put down almost 1000sq. ft. of flooring and heated 335 sq. ft. of it. It feels great to your feet and it really helps with the heating. During the cold spell we had in the middle of the month of November 2014 our main heat ran very little. Heating the floor is going to pay for it's self in sort order.
The whole process wasn't very hard to install. I do electrical and the wiring is very simple. Thermosoft delivered in a few days after I placed the order. I new they had a good product after I did my first bath remodel 8 yrs. ago. I've had know problems at all, except for warm feet in the middle of the night and that's a good problem.
