The best for referees
I've made several orders on Refstop, any problems i've ever had I've always received a polite response on their email customer service team. I recently purchased some badges, coins and a mystery pack for £10. I probably received £40 worth of stuff back which was a surprise, including the new kit bag, cards, sweatband. I told them I was going to Portugal for an event and they've stocked me up ready for it, even gave me some of the CORE coins to trade! One of the best and most reliable places I shop on for my refereeing gear! Thanks again :)

Great communications
Ordered a referee kit for my daughter. Ref stop got in contact to check something on my order - and sure enough I had messed up! They sorted it and still had the right package delivered within the time needed. Excellent communications.

Pros and Cons to Refstop service
Amazing quality and variety of items. Had to wait over two weeks for my order and when it did arrive I had an incorrect item. This error was rectified within 24 hours. Gone down the middle with 3 stars and would maybe consider using ref stop again.

Product arrived quickly, slight issue on badge
Product arrived quickly and was what I had ordered. However my local FA badge that I ordered the product to have is added at a very strange angle to the point I’m not sure I’d wear my jacket as it looks different to all my other FA products

Really friendly customer service when I needed help, however I received my parcel a week after ordering, even after paying for next day delivery.
