I recently hired The Real Estate Group to conduct a property survey, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Aaron was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The survey was completed promptly and with great attention to detail, giving me confidence in the results. I highly recommend The Real Estate Group and Aaron for anyone in need of reliable and top-quality property surveying services.

Excellent Property Valuation Experience
I recently asked for a valuation on a family property and was really impressed with the professionalism and care shown throughout the process. Aaron was prompt, thorough, and clear in his assessment, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. At what’s been a difficult time for our family, their considerate and efficient approach really helped to take some of the pressure off. Highly recommended.

He called us just after each survey with any important aspects that we should be aware of, and was very efficient delivering the reports in less than 48 hours of the survey. Very professional and would recommend him and his company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ for Aaron Daniel @ The Real Estate Group
Outstanding Service! I cannot recommend Aaron highly enough! From the very start, he was super prompt, talking me through the entire process in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. The appointment was booked within a few days and true to his efficiency, he followed up with a call straight after completing the survey on the day. I received the full report the very next day, along with a clear explanation of what needed urgent attention.
Thanks to Aaron’s diligence and thorough work, a hidden issue was uncovered that might not have been discovered until much later – potentially saving me from a major headache down the line. His customer service is truly second to none, providing both pre- and post-survey explanations with patience and clarity, ensuring every question is answered.
If you are buying a property, hiring Aaron is an absolute must. His expertise, professionalism, and commitment to his clients are exceptional. Five stars simply aren’t enough – he deserves more!

RICS Level 2 Survey Report
I was completely overwhelmed by the professionalism of this company. I was worried about it being a small independent, but that worked in my favour. I had a Level 2 survey report done. It was extensive, well written, and brought many issues to my attention, I was previously unaware of. Aaron called me straight after the survey, and I had the written report in my inbox the next day! Aaron also invited me to call him with any questions I may have. Excellent service, competitively priced. I could not fault them.
