Like the 17 people listed below - I got scammed to. Do NOT place an order with this company. They took my money - but I still have not received the item I ordered. Wish I had thought to check this website first. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint - especially after reading so many others were scammed to.

I placed a order for two items the end of February . They got their payment on the 25th of February. I have not received my merchandise. I have repeatedly emailed and all I got from the two emails from them is the run around.

I ordered a trump hat back in February 2020. It is now April 2020 and I haven't received any tracking information or shipping information and the website isn't responding to my many emails and questions. But they definitely charged me $8.95 for my hat. If the website looks cheap and fake, chances are it's cheap and fake. And I kinda knew it looked off but I still purchased from them anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order on Feb 7, here we are March 24th. I have received nothing but a charge for the items on my credit card. No response, no items, total B.S. scam.

Same as everyone else here, ordered a month ago, no product no response from the company. Nothing short of a scam.

I also have three unfulfilled orders. No response to emails. One order dates to December. I found their Term of Service where they state they use Shopify, inc as e commerce platform. Googled them and got phone number. They were very responsive ,logging my call and giving me link to file complaint. Send info to them today. They may well cancel their ability for e commerce. Hope so. Sent them order numbers and dates of email confirming orders.

Still haven't received my American Flag. Been over 4 weeks. Tried emailing them multiple times and they just respond with a copy paste of the previous email confirming my purchase and saying my tracking code can be used on the website. Taking this to PayPal resolution center hopefully they will refund me!

I have the same issues as many of the other reviews. Ordered two of the free flags in January...it’s Feb 24 now and still no flags. Sent three emails and only ever received a pre written form email back, never a name at the bottom, or a phone number to call. If my items don’t show in two weeks I’m going to have my bank do whatever they can to reverse the $17 I had to pay for shipping and I am contacting the BBB to see if they can do something. Don’t waste your money with theproudrepublicans.com, they are a lying cheating fraudulent business that is clearly taking advantage of people. I hope they see this when I post it on Instagram. After looking at the two identical emails they sent me, I’m about 99.999999% sure that this “company” is Chinese. They say that “US orders typically take 2-3 weeks...” so I’m convinced this is another Chinese scam company to take American money.

I ordered two flags on Feb. 1, 2020 and it is now Feb. 23, 2020 and no flags, no reply to my messages sent to them. Very bad service. My advise is to stay away from these people and shop somewhere else.

Ordered items of which I have not received. Tried contacting them numerous times without a reply.
If I do not get the items or reasonable reply within the next few weeks I will contact the BBB.

ordered a hat over three weeks ago and nothing. They won't answer my emails or my messages on instagram.. of course they had no problem keeping my $8.95 for the shipment of a hat they never shipped. .

One of the worst websites I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered 3 items and only received 1 of them. 25 dollars later all I have to show is a cheap silicon phone case that I wouldn’t even pay 5 dollars for. When I emailed them they were zero help and that was when they decided to respond. All they said was that if I have a shipping question or tracking question email back with the order number. This is two months later and nothing happened.

Well damn... wish I'd a done a little research....I can't get them to answer me so I'm gonna do like the other guy and chock this $8.95 up to a learning experience!!! I ordered a flag 2 weeks ago from these people but already recieved the 1 ordered from another site a week ago!!

Takes 4 weeks and a lot of demanding emails to get a tracking number.Then the cheap quality hats are sent from China

Never received items. Said it was insufficient address. I double checked the address. It is correct. Interesting how amazon found me today. Also intersecting is that in the return policy it states “ not responsible for insufficient address”. Guess this is how they keep your money and dont ship the product you pay for. Beware.

Never got my package. Never got a response from the support. Had to file a dispute through Paypal. Didn't get a response even then

The delivery service is the worst. Totally unreliable. I needed the package no later than the 18th. They kept sending me notices saying it would be there by the 18th. The 18th came and went. NO PACKAGE. They could at least offer quicker shipping options. If they used UPS or FEDEX or anyone Else other than the post office (the worst govt. run operation ever to exist) They might me able to get packages to people in a timely manner. I will change my review if they fix this because the products are cool.

I ordered a MAGA hat in March. Long story short, the month is now July and I’ve never received my hat. Any email I’ve sent them was responded with an automated response. There’s no contact phone number and they did take my $8.95. I count this one as a loss. Want a MAGA hat? Go to the Official Trump Website. Get one Made In America!
