The person I spoke to
The person I spoke to, Luca, made me feel that I was the centre of his attention and that he had my interests at heart. Although I was aware his role was to sell I never felt under any pressure at any time, which all too often is the case. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as well as appearing to be very knowledgeable about the health insurance industry and fully understanding my situation. He came across as being trustworthy and despite some problems, mainly my end, he called back as promised and made the whole process quick and simple. I was impressed that he used time when our call was disconnected to further investigate the market and obtain information that saved me time, etc.
