good quality for the shirt - don’t expect badges to be quality but printed, but overall, the shirt is good and at a very fair price

Poor service they respond at the start as soon as you say refund they stop responding and will not get back to you. And you can't refund with out them response. Poor service 😢

this company are just thieves stay away, took £60 off me for a shirt i wanted to order for my dads birthday and it never came i sent numerous emails and only had a response off one of them so don’t use this site, i placed my order on 2nd of june and ive still had nothing

Ordered 3 shirts on 21st May. Waited a few weeks, no reply no tracking details nothing. Emailed the company, got a reply apologising saying the order had been dispatched to royal mail but lost in transit. Then advised that one of the items was out of stock. How could they have sent if out of stock. Said it would be delivered as an urgent item. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have sent a couple of follow up emails, no reply to any. This site I'm sure is a scam. DON'T TRUST IT!!

This company is a scam, i ain’t got my item and not even the reply for my complain on email. Its been how many days yet the jersey still not ship.

I’m not sure if this site is a scam or not. I ordered 3 tops on the 28th May and I still haven’t received a tracking number never mind my actual order! I’ve reached out multiple times through email and Instagram and am yet to receive a response. Until something changes or an explanation is given, don’t order from this site.

As of right now, this is looking like a con. My item was supposed to have been sent within 12 working days, it is now way past that. I have asked Jordan twice for an update and had no response. No response either from the customer team. The office is a flat/house in Reading, where I will soon be heading if this isn't sorted!
I hope I will be able to update this review soon.

I'm STILL waiting for replies and a refund ...1st order was damaged ..they then sent replacement to the wrong adress ...still waiting for this replacement....

I get my second order its the wrong sizes that I ordered ...I've emailed and emailed and they have completely ignored me ...im disgusted

I have amended this review as I received a response from Jordan at Premier Jerseys trying to help and I was able to locate my parcel. However it was delivered to the wrong house with no communication. The link on the contact us page is also not working so felt in the dark after not receiving my shirt or communication. Shirt is great 👍

Bought 2 Man United tops both black ones and they look incredible! Amazing quality!

Delivery advised as 12-18 days, came on day 13, good quality, true to size and no hassle. Will buy again!

At first I left a review not knowing what was happening with my order etc…
But I was emailed back and informed this is a small company and had suffered some sickness. Unfortunately these things do happen and I completely understand. I received my jersey today, I ordered it on 31st may and had it 13th June so it’s not too far off the expected delivery wait which is completely fine :)

I want to give 5 star, however because there was no tracking sent when it was shipped, I’m giving 4. I received tracking the day before it was delivered when I had a response which I’m grateful for.
I can see this is just a small company trying its hardest and I am very very pleased with the jersey! It is great quality and exactly what I expected!

If they could nail the tracking email and notifications when items are shipped to give customers peace of mind that the order is coming, I think they’d get a lot more positive reviews! and possibly the customer service email responses to be quicker, (if no sickness) then it would be 10/10! Besides from those minor issues, the product was fab!

I ordered some shirts in the 3 for 2 offer and they were delivered within the 14 days as advertised. (Not the issue)

The problem started when I wanted to send them back for a refund. I emailed a few times and finally got an answer after a 3 or 4 of days, they said they would offer a full refund if I sent them back which I did the following day. I got an email from PayPal on 01/06/2025 that they are processing my refund for £104.97 when I paid £109.96. I thought because it took so long to get to this point I’ll leave the £4.99. However on 06/06/2025 PayPal emailed me again saying the refund didn’t go through and when looking on the app it says it was cancelled.

I’ve sent many emails and no one from premier jerseys are responding as you can imagine. Please save yourself the hassle and your money. It’s not worth it. Their customer service is appalling. They’re quick to take money but won’t give it back.

Ordered an Arsenal top as a birthday present took much longer than advised and is too small. Have now contacted them several times to exchange it with no joy.
No one comes back to you - no phone number to speak to anyone.
Very poor customer service.

Edit - I have dropped my rating for this company due to the fact I cannot get hold of anyone from the company. There is no phone number and I have not received a reply via email. I just wanted to switch the sizes of my son's jerseys but it is impossible to do! Such a shame!

Site said allow 10/12 business days for delivery, but was expecting a email to say item had been shipped, which did not happen. BUT the item got delivered on the 13th business day. Very happy with the item and would order again, just up your communication with purchaser and you will get 5 stars.

My jersey is great condition and no issues with shipment and delivery.

I ordered my top on 2 May, I’ve had no tracking order email as agreed and my shop app is still saying preparing to ship. I’ve emailed them with no response. I wanted my top for the Liverpool Parade but this looks like it’s not going to happen!

I did end up receiving my top before the parade which I am very pleased about

However, I still believe your communication is flawed - you claim to have sent emails but the only one I received was a confirmation of order email on the day and nothing further until I made this review.

Your contact us page definitely gave me a error page when I clicked on it

Other than the above the quality of the shirt is top! Really like the top but service needs improving

I will changing it to a 2* due to terrible service given until I raised this review
